It was a game night, so we missed dessert due to wait times before the game. Lucky for us they were still open after and we got our dessert! The service is ALWAYS amazing. Busy, quiet, makes no difference.

Exemplary service. The staff create such a warm environment. They make you fell like you are visiting family from the moment you are greeted on entrance. Above and beyond. The food was delicious. Seafood with a spicy edge followed by a speciality cocktail and yummy dessert. Warm and fuzzies for me

At least the beer was cold. Service was woeful. 45 min wait for food. Burger was almost raw in the middle. Hot chips were cold. Seafood pasta was barely edible. We both left most of our meal uneaten. Maybe the worste run restaurant I have ever been too.

This was our third visit Coco Gabba and I am sorry to say our least enjoyable. The Prawn Curry was lacking in the stated seasonal vegetables and had a mere five prawns. Not entirely suited to a main meal. However on prior visits the Steak and the Beef burger were definitely hitting the mark. Tonight the staff were managing the best they could on a very busy evening prior to the football.

Sat and waited almost an hour after ordering. Could not get an answer about what was happening. Ended up leaving before meals came because we wete going to football and there was no way meals would arrive and be consumed before the bounce. Seemed there was an issue in the kitchen. Meals coming out 1 dish at a time. Some tables had individuals with meals while others at the same table continued to wait. Was a real mess.

This restaurant seems to have an identity crisis. It looks like a seafood place, promotes a few Sri Lankan dishes but also has parmys and other pub type food. Whilst no one sent their food back on our table, no one had anything positive to say about it- just ok. Service appeared fine but when we reflected it took too long for our drinks, we weren’t given/offered water when we sat down. This restaurant was mainly empty whilst others around it were heaving. I wouldn’t recommend.

Grateful that Coco Gabba was open on Good Friday. The staff were busy but unfailingly polite. All the food was delicious—special mention of the tender calamari. When the house wine I wanted had run out, they offered an alternative at the same price. We were made to feel very welcome.

We made a last minute reservation and were greeted by the happy and charming staff. We were looked after very weill with prompt drinks and starters - the scallops were lovely and the Cauliflower was spectacular. The ribs were amazing, as was the chicken BBQ schnitty. The Taro panacotta was out of this world and I wish I had room for more than one! All in all, great atmosphere, comfortable seating, friendly, charming service and brilliant food! We will definately be back! Thanks Coco Gabba!
