Great food and my mates loved the beer list. The pork platter was awesome. Lively restaurant and bar set the noise levels soaring. Chatting in huddles turned to semi yelling at one point.

Too spicy for spicy' sake. Salads unimaginative and used to bulk up dishes. Ambience still OK but feels a little too process orientated not customer orientated

The food was amazing, we had a set menu that had lots of variety. The staff that looked after us were really friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I'd go back here again! I've posted the noise below as a yellow for noisy but this was not a bad noise! It was better to be loud and vibrant, it suits the style of the restaurant, if it had of been quiet it would have been bad.

Great menu, especially the wines! But staff were not very attentive we had to keep asking to order. Food was nice but a bit over priced for what it was. Very noisy in there so hard to have a nice chat over dinner.

I enjoyed the dinner with my friends. The food has excellent taste and good volume, reasonable price. It was a bit pity too noisy to talk with friends. Suit for big party night.

Food was great. Was disappointed on arrival to be put in the cheap seats i.e. nearest the toilets, despite being there at 6pm for the first sitting with plenty of better empty tables around us. Booking was made 2-3 weeks prior also so wasn't like we were last minute and at the bottom of the booking sheet/table floor plan. Sense it may have had something to do with having 4 kids in tow. Service was ok but nothing to write home about. Lots of kool aid flowing with the service team. Some were good and some just appeared like the whole "work' thing was a bit of an inconvenience.

Cookie is a little gem hidden on Swanston st, the atmosphere is great and the food was awesome. We had one staff member who looked after us all night and she was very attentive

Very loud restaurant but always busy with an incredibly long menu and knowledgeable staff. Can be chalk to order when portion sizes vary greatly even within the individual small, medium, large options.

Don't accept a table outside - the service was good, however was let down by price of food. Some dishes very overpriced (don't order the stuffed calamari). Average.

This was our first time at Cookie, the atmosphere was great, we were served by Elliot and let me say the rating of a "six" is a reflection of his service. His helpfulness was greatly appreciated and his recommendations were on point, I really enjoyed my meal. Overall it was a great experience, the food is delicious, the service is great! I'll definitely be coming back.

Excellent food with some really authentic flavored. The service was top notch even on a Friday busy night, after being seated. Just that the venue was very loud to have any meaningful conversation without shouting.

Tried something different off the menu and was disappointed. The hot sauce accompanying my meal tasted like it had been squeezed out of a Srirachi bottle. Ok but expected more.

Very knowledgeable and attentive staff. The meals were explained to us and our level of chilli tolerance and our meals were adjusted accordingly and were very good. The décor is very quirky books lining the walls An overall pleasant experience.

A wonderful Thai eaterie in the most divine of settings. Always good. Try the red duck curry ~ you won't be sorry! The green papaya salad is also delicious.

Ask if a certain item on the menu was spicy and was told yes Ordered another item, when it arrived or was so spicy we could barely eat it. Would have expected to have been told it was spicy after discussing the first item. Not a great experience unfortunately

A disapointing visit to Cookie - food was well below the usually high standard. Plus we had the added bonus of a spider in our Thai sausage dish, which was taken off the bill only at our request. Not sure we'll be back any time soon...

Nothing like a fusion flavour dish. Try the scallops, coz their amazing. Good food, staff, & drinks. The drinks in a tall cocktail glass looks awesome, whatever they are. Haha

Been a few times before for lunch - this was a first for dinner... Great location/space, on-the-ball staff, delish high-flavour modern Asian menu, impressive drinks lists (sep for cocktails, wines and beers). BUT, the funky, well-chosen soundtrack to the eating experience, was so LOUD, the waiting staff would have to be experts at lip reading just to take an order. I realise Saturday nights are right for partying, but social dining at volume 11 while trying not to have your sense of taste thrown out of whack is a challenge. Also, with everything bathed in a dim red light, it's really hard to see and fully appreciate the beautifully prepared dishes. The evening chefs must have a little cry about this! So our iPhone torches came in handy for ordering and checking out what we were eating. Our tummies were happy, but our ears were ringing. Take note management – you lost a point for that.

I had a fantastic evenig with friends at Cookie. We didn't want to leave! Thankfully the staff were very accomodating! Great food and great vibes!

We always come here for latish lunch on Sunday or public holiday, this timing is peace and quiet amazing when weather turn up like today. Usually buzzing place (which is no problem) foods are great and never ending drink list. Highly recommended.
