The overall experience was good, service was prompt and didnt have to wait long for food to arrive. The negative was paid parking in Cannington whereas Karrinyup shops has free parking.

Service was great, meals were mostly good, for pizzas, steak was fatty, asked for as medium but was inconsistently cooked. Tables are too small... Four chair tables are only suited for 2 people for plates and drinks to fit

Our starters weren't too bad, cocktail strength was way too weak, my long Island tea tasted like coke and ice, nothing like what a long island tea should be

Wood fired pizzas have a great crust. Pastas are generously sized and has nice flavours

They have changed a lot especially for their services, and foods are great, thank you!

The food arrived really quick. It was all delicious. Both my kids and I enjoyed the experience.

the menu was so big, lots of choices to order. food was delicious n huge servings. Service was quick n attentive. Peroni 1 pint was $15, a bit expensive. pizza were different size n worth the price. will go again

Unfortunately this is the worst restaurant of this chain but still good food. Bookings essential otherwise expect a wait. Many service stuff ups, eg wrong food brought to table a couple times, missing requested ingredients, discount not added from loyalty club - my famiglia. Lucky the drinks were flowing. Still great atmosphere from clientele. I'd rather go to Karrinyup by a country mile

The restaurant was very busy but we did not have to wait long for the food to be served. A special thank you to the young lass who helped us slice the racks of pork ribs. She is so very pleasant and attentive to our needs. Thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience.

My husband ordered chicken and ribs Como but the chicken was freezing cold in the middle, they apologised but sadly ruined my night didn’t charge for his meal really should have not charged me for my pizza as a good will gesture

This was the best meal in a restaurant for a long time. Both mine and my other halves dinner was amazing. We had the barramundi and chicken and prawn. Haven’t eaten that well for ages. Well done Chef

Firstly we got seated at a large round table with cushion seating right up the back of the restaurant which looked amazing, but by the end of the evening we realised it was really hot in there as the aircon didn’t get us in there. A fan is needed in that booth. There are so many items on the menu, it’s a little overwhelming. The kids meals came out really fast which was great but the adults were left waiting for quite some time. We were asked by almost every staff member if everything was okay, which was nice but it didn’t seem to hurry the kitchen staff at all and felt like the dining room staff were all over the place. When the adults meals finally came out, there was one meal that came another 5 minutes after everyone else’s. Overall, we all enjoyed our meals and had a nice evening.

Meal and cocktails were great- disappointed that in an Italian restaurant it was not real block Parmesan but the stuff you get out of a can 😭

Thoroughly enjoyed the food. It was absolutely delicious, but it was really busy and a little cramped and quite noisy. However, having said that, it won't stop me from visiting again as it is my favourite restaurant to enjoy Italian cuisine.

The service was prompt, the atmosphere was comfy, menu was extensive. The beef cheeks were not tender enough and couldn't swap mash potatoes to chips was disappointing.

We got the Arancini and the Tortellini. While the service was good, it was incredibly quick - clearly frozen and ready to go, the food tastes that way too. The 3rd ball of Arancini had undercooked rice and The Tortellini was clearly frozen beforehand, with the sauce having way too much nutmeg to be palatable. Probably won't come back.

Fast quick service. Food is amazing! Came late due to Father's day parking madness but were accommodated past the 15min allowance, appreciate it! We had a great lunch!

Music was too loud, asked to make it softer, but was told it's not possible. Service was very good, food was OK.

The waitress have bad listening skills 1. Pizza that i initially order and cancelled at the end of my order arrived. 2. Request for a bowl of water to clean the elders finger but instead brought her a bottle of water. 3. Booked for three but four guest arrived and the table is too small for the food we ordered Other than that food is great and delicious Cheers Joseph

Amazing food. Staff were lovely and just great. Recommend this restaurant. Just be careful because there will be soooooo much food. Not a complaint!!! It was amazing😊😊
