Food was amazing. Restaurant was overbooked and had to wait. Staff were very apologetic but still would of been nice to just walk straight in.

Quick service, food was great, only negative would be that we got sat right where the heater was blowing hot air (had to hold down our napkins it was blowing that hard) haha, overall good experience, would eat there again.

Service wasn’t great and one dish was sent back to the kitchen and was told by the waiter the chief tried it after I had eaten off the plate and it tasted fine…was blown away that he would even say that or eat after me. Music so loud you couldn’t hear each other

We've found that the service at Crinitis can be great and other times the staff very rude. Particularly some staff can be very judgemental for those without bookings. all customers should be treated equally and fairly.

On arrival they could not find our booking. we had meat balls which had no flavour burnt hard garlic bread. The gentleman that served us had no people skills looked like he did not want to be there. Bar tender did not make my lemon lime and bitters correctly. They use to give members 10% discount that is now down to 7%.

The service was terrible and rude. The food was cold and we couldn’t even see our food as there was no lighting above the table. Not to mention the price. So expensive We will never dine there again.

Not a terrible experience, but certainly not great value for money either - everything was just 'ok.' The staff was attentive. There was little/no regard for social distancing, the whole atmosphere wreaked of pumping people through desperately to maximize income. I probably won't go there again.

Over rated and over priced Our food wasn’t even cooked properly. Raw veggies and pasta was still hard
