About Da Sette Soldi Italian Restaurant

Tucked away over in Brisbane’s Calamvale, Da Sette Soldi Italian Restaurant offers authentic Italian cuisine in an unpretentious setting. From rustic pizzas to hearty pastas and succulent meat and seafood dishes, the menu contains all of the Italian classics, done exactly how they are back in the chefs’ native Italy. We recommend trying the tortellini alla panna or the special pizza loaded with mushrooms, salami, ham, bacon, onions, capsicum, shrimps and olives. With its simple decor, this humble restaurant lets the food really speak for itself, and has even been featured on TV as well as being a favourite among local celebrities – why not book a table and head on down to Da Sette Soldi on Beaudesert Road and find out why for yourself?

This is a down-to-earth restaurant that prides itself in its absolutely great authentic Italian food. The staff do everything to accommodate the clientele. No pretension. You feel comfortable from the instant you step into the place and there is outside seating as well. Wide range of beverages. But the food is just outstanding. If you like Italian, this is one of a few places in Brisbane that really do it well, and there is no skimping on the amounts. Love it.

We always enjoy our meals at this restaurant. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Would recommend this restaurant for a family night out or meetibg up with friends. Make sure you book though especially on the weekend.

As always, good food though meals seem to be shrinking a little. The fillet mignon was a little unusual but very much enjoyed though the carrots were near to raw. A very minor complaint about a great place to eat.
