The restaurant stated that they hadn't received the reservation. Hence we couldn't dine in the reservations. We want a reimbursement of all expenses incurred in getting to the restaurant, parking and returning from the restaurant.

Food was great, the mushroom broth was devine! A great alternative for anyone who can’t handle the Sichuan spice broth. I love that each person has an individual hotpot and that you can also opt for a ying yang pot to get the best of both worlds if you like spicy and non spicy. Sauce options were plentiful to create the perfect dipping sauce. The meat selection was great with varying cuts and qualities of meat to suit all budgets. The service was amazing, they were constantly checking to see how much our broth had evaporated and even continuously topped up our drinks too.
