Delizioso On Oxford

Very lovely food, setting and staff. Popular area at Bulimba. Food portions were large. The bread was enough to share between two. Filling amount each.

Over eating is my only complaint but that was our fault. Be careful how much you order , meals sizes are plentiful and full of fresh flavours.

Service was attentive as it wasn’t too busy. Enjoyed the food, it was fine but not great. Good little suburban restaurant with nice decor and ambiance.

Great food and lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff. It was a very busy night so the time wait between delivery of our entree and main was very long. It would have been appreciated if someone could have informed us of the time wait.

The restaurant has a great range of delicious food, very friendly and attentive service and a great ambience/atmosphere. The staff even came up with a sparkler in the panacotta to celebrate the birthday girl :)

The main meals took an extended amount of time to arrive and were brought out separately by approx 10 minutes apart which was not ideal.

Food was fantastic however where we were seated was a little awkward and on a strange downhill angle which was uncomfortable. But everything was delicious and the staff were lovely.

Food and service were both excellent. I've dined here before and will continue to support them and recommend them to friends. I ordered the gnocchi and was not disappointed, accompanied by a Pinot Grigio. Delicious!

Really Great service, truly excellent food - best calzone and pasta we've had in a long time. It's in a good location with easy-ish parking underground.

We had a delicious lunch. Many different and varied meals and prices to choose from so everyone was happy. Staff were very attentive and happy.

I went in with high expectations, although I'm also very forgiving when things don't quite hit the mark. Alas, most dishes were just either-side of ordinary. If you're after a steak, you may get a great result because mine (the only one ordered at my table) was well above average. Everything else faded by comparison. You'd expect that an Italian restaurant could make pasta, but I found it difficult to identify either of the dishes served to my companions. Admittedly it was quite busy when I was there, but that's no excuse for poor quality. Most of the staff that we encountered were very nice, although some were less aware of what was on the menu than others. None were actually rude but I think they were a bit stressed. I wouldn't do their job for quids!! Will I go to Delizioso again? Possibly, based on their reputation. Based on my own experience, not likely. I hope that my experience was not indicative of what one should expect.

I messed up my booking time and turned up late, even on valentine's day they still made arrangements to fit us in. Pleasant and friendly staff, definitely recommend this place.

Delicious food and helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Delizioso. I have no doubt we would return to enjoy other dishes on the menu. Although there were several large groups (and it was a bit noisy as a consequence), the staff and kitchen appeared to cope without any disruption to our lunch.

Cuts of meat not to a standard worthy of the price charged, unfortunately. Seafood entre lacked seasoning and was cooked to varying degrees - some parts under, some over. Great service and lovely ambience.

A great night had by all. The food was great and the wait staff helpful and attentive. I would be back to try something new from the menu.

Great food selection. Amazing lamb pizza and the tiramisu was deliziosa! Their limoncello took me back to Italy. Great service and loved the tranquility yet sophistication Of the place.

Great food and lovely accommodating staff. The food is always fresh, well presented and comes out in a timely fashion. The restaurant could have been a bit cooler as it was a very hot day.

Good food and service however my partners meal was forgotten so he had to wait for this to be prepared after the rest of the party already had theirs. No $$ reduction or comp drink/meal offered for the inconvenience

The service staff were excellent. The bruschetta was Devine. Our chosen wine was not available. One main course was perfect. Mine was the risotto pescatora. Unfortunately I did not appreciate a bowl full of shells and a half lobster still in the shell. It ruined an otherwise tasty dish. Overall an enjoyable night out.

Always great food and friendly European staff. Their chicken risotto is amazing and their pizzas are always delicious. It's always busy and we keep going back. This must be our 20th visit at least.

Great pasta dishes and really good service. Bulimba is just a lovely place to be for dinner. The service was always on hand yet stayed unobtrusive. Just can't fault it and we will go back.

Light lunch time meals are decent portion size and delicious and well presented. Delivery of meals was a little slow but overall service is very good, perhaps a little over-attentive.

Lovely meal. reasonably expensive meals but big portions - we could'nt finish everything! Service was a bit slow but ok - they seemed very busy for a Tuesday night when we went.

The food was very good. Wait staff seemed untrained and service was slow. They struggled with a number of things. We almost got 3 margharita pizzas when we ordered 3 pre dinner drinks!!!

This was my second time I went to Delizioso. I returned with a group friends because I was impressed with the risotto with slipper lobster (or was it a Moreton bay bug?) and my friend's rigatoni all'agnello we had during my first visit. I returned for lunch with 5 others and and we left expecting a better experience. I had the Saltinbocca which were recommended by the waitress and certainly worth trying. As for the dips: the capsicum dip was particulary tasty; as for the hommus dip one could do better with any of the hommus dips sold at the local supermarket . The arancini were just compacted rice balls. Admittedly given their size, it would have been hard to fill them with bolognese sauce, mozzarella and peas but please don't call them 'arancini'. My friend's ravioli with Neapolitan sauce appeared to be ravioli with with copious amounts of tomato sauce on top. Not an appealing dish. The scalopppine while tasty, were presented wallowing in cream. I would return to this restaurant but I will be more selective in my choices.

This is a beautiful place to eat, fantastic location and service fantastic! The food was devine, we will for sure be back and will bring the family next time!
