They don't have sense to serve food appropriately. Asking for mild food doesn't mean anything to them, we were still served very hot food. They don't serve in the right order and food gets cold e.g. Munchurian was served 5 to 7 minutes before Noodles and rotis/naans were served 2-3 minutes before curries which does make a difference in cold weather. Overall, Ok to go as not many options around if you want Indian/South Indian food.

Great tasting food and good service done in a timely manner.
