Encasa exists to bring 100% authentic Spanish cuisine to Sydney. There are four Encasa restaurants, but this one you’ll find in Haymarket on Pitt Street. Encasa translates to ‘at home’ in Spanish, which tells you exactly the sort of vibe you can expect here, then in terms of food there is everything from paella and tapas to bocadillos and Spanish-style pizza.
