Fogata Latin Fusion

We wanted to try something new and had a lovely night out. The food was amazing and served quickly but not too. The service was excellent. Definitely coming back

Very hot day and we were seated outside (unavoidable but did impact on the enjoyment). Service was a little slow (i.e. had to wait a long time to be able to order more drinks, to pay bill etc). Food, especially the plaintain with pulled pork dish was great.

Sunday night dinner with friends. Interesting and quite different food tastes. Excellent live music. Friendly Latin American staff. Refreshingly different. Will definitely come to Fogata again.

Fogata ... what a great addition to James Street. It has a diverse and interesting menu, well prepared and presented food, lovely indoor/outdoor ambiance, and friendly and attentive staff. It's not often that you walk away from a restaurant planning your next visit and what to order.

This place never disappoints me - it is a great place, with awesome food and service. One of my favourites and I Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent food, service and entertainment. A range of wines that suits the food. Fun vibe especially on a Sunday evening with the Gypsy Jazz. Highly recommend

Great venue for live music. Great friendly helpful staff. Great Latin food from South America that you will find hard to find elsewhere. Great job guys!!!

Great food, Great vibe and dancing!! Food was interesting and tasty. Staff were friendly and attentive and the meals were served without having to wait ages.

Great food staff and service. Great location too as we were in Brisbane to do some Christmas shopping. We loved the black salt cubes on the calamari

Stunning evening with a large group of friends that was very well catered for at this restaurant that had a wide array of interesting dishes of varying prices. It has a Brazilian and a Colombian for chefs and 2 Brazilians in our party said it was very genuine food and waiters spoke Brazilian Portuguese as well. Their Caipirosca was stunning. The steak dishes were wonderful Brazilian style. The chicken quinoa salad was stunning. Desserts were wonderful. The service was good, And for me the varying prices meant different people could be accommodated for easily in an interesting atmosphere. And it is in the entertainment book

Great atmosphere, excellent service, superb food, good wine choices and wonderful entertainment. Will most certainly recommend to everyone I know and we will of course return

Service was good but the food nothing very special - I had the Inca plate, and we shared prawns, ceviche and pork belly for entrée. Being a Tuesday night it was very quiet, and so good for conversation, but only just warm enough

Nice place located close to all the nightlife of James street and the valley. Good southamerican style menu and great service ! We had a good night and I recommend it.

Food was ok; we had the banquet. Pisco Sout was pretty bad though as a Peruvian I didn't like it. Service, location, music was great.

The food was fresh & nicely presented. The service great. Not particularly Latin American theme in the tapas we chose. Maybe try paella next time.

Lovely staff, great food and great atmosphere. Recomend the feijoada for two. Felt the entrees were very small for thecost of them and the desserts were way overpriced at $15 and they were very average. Suggest youget dessert elsewhere and just go for the food.

Dishes are a work of art, so pretty. And so delicious too. Our waiter was lovely, and so patient. We had a marvellous time. Certainly recommend.

Went with a large group last night. Wonderful staff, tasty food and a great atmosphere. It was my second time having the banquet and I'd do it again.
