Open from the early morning hours until late, Frank and Blanco serves authentic Italian cuisine and delicious drinks on Old Princes Highway in Sydney’s Sutherland. Located just across from Sutherland station, the restaurant is well connected transportation-wise to the rest of the city, making it a popular meeting point for foodies from across town. Led by duo Brendan Hill and Shahir Galal, whose passion for great drinks and Mexican cuisine inspired them to start their own restaurant, Frank and Blanco didn’t take long to skyrocket in popularity, becoming one of the city’s most well-respected establishments.
A visit to Sydney’s Frank and Blanco wouldn’t be complete without ordering one of the quality cocktails on offer, like the Chasing Dreams made with Herradura Reposado, ginger liqueur, pineapple juice, triple sec and fresh lime juice. For dinner, start off with appetisers like soft-shell crab tacos, tortilla chips with guacamole and chilli oil, or the corn on the cob with smoky paprika mayo and parmesan. Try mains like chimichurri lamb backstrap, the kingfish ceviche or the lightly cured ocean trout. Have a sweet tooth?
