Located just across from Sutherland station, the restaurant is well connected transportation-wise to the rest of the city, making it a popular meeting point for foodies from across town. A visit to Sydney’s Frank and Blanco wouldn’t be complete without ordering one of the quality cocktails on offer, like the Chasing Dreams made with Herradura Reposado, ginger liqueur, pineapple juice, triple sec and fresh lime juice. For dinner, start off with appetisers like soft-shell crab tacos, tortilla chips with guacamole and chilli oil, or the corn on the cob with smoky paprika mayo and parmesan. Try mains like chimichurri lamb backstrap, the kingfish ceviche or the lightly cured ocean trout. Have a sweet tooth? Finish your meal with one of Frank and Blanco’s amazing desserts like churros or tequila and lime panna cotta. Reservations are absolutely necessary for this Sutherland hotspot.

Great service & Great Staff. Excellent food. my only complaint would be the service was so fast that I didn't get to drink as much as planned!!

The best all around dining experience for a long time. Great atmosphere, staff, food, and price. Not pretentious at all and just really comfortable surroundings.

We had a fantastic experience at Frank and Blanco, food great, service excellent....particularly one of the owners named Shy.....I would definitely go back and I live in Dapto so had to drive an hour to get there. Well worth the trip. Menu designed for sharing so while portions might seem small, they are so cheap that you can easily buy 6 or 7 dishes. We had a three course meal basically (mine including 2 drinks) for $34 which is great in my book.

We had a fantastic night, with awesome service and amazing food. The staff are really friendly and very attentive. We will be making Frank and Blanco a regular night out. I look forward to trying a couple of different Tequila's each time we visit. I highly recommend this place !

The service was begrudging all night! The only smile we got was on leaving, when we left a tip. We made a reservation for two and despite the place being nearly empty we were sat in a corridor opposite the kitchen and next to the pick up point for the food. When I asked to move because the heat from the food warming heater was too hot (it was a humid night in February) the only response I got from the waiter was 'that's fine by me' . Really? Not a good start. I'm afraid the disappointment continued with the food, which was average and overpriced. I had hopes for this place but unfortunately it hasn't broken out of the 'shire' mentality. Disappointing.

The tacos are some of the best tacos I've ever had. In particular the chorizo tacos. The service was great, very friendly and everything we ordered came out so quickly - waited less than 15 minutes for food and drinks came out within 2 minutes despite the bar being relatively busy. Will definitely be back if only for those amazing tacos!

This was our second visit to Frank & Blanco and the staff were as friendly as before, despite how busy it got. The cocktails were great, if heavily tequila biased, and the food was superb. Leave room for a desert, though, as we both thought they were the most interesting items -- although the grape salad was a refreshing change too.

Frank & Blanco has a great ambience and decor with friendly staff. The coffee are always delicious and in perfect balance with the milk. We had breakfast on Father's Day and enjoyed the Mexican flavours. Their huevos rancheros came as a baked dish with a side of tortilla - very enjoyable although a tad too salty for my taste. My daughter devoured the pulled-pork and my husband's plate hade hardly a crumb left at the end of the meal. Definitely worth a visit.
