Food is as good as I remember it to be. Definitely one of my favourite Thai restaurant. Will be back.

Great food but felt the Pad Thai could be improved, was too sweet but I suppose it's subjective. The tofu dish we had was amazing. The staff were excellent and quite attentive.

It was very quiet on a Tuesday night. The food was good - a bit spicy but enjoyable. Cocktail was great- once I asked for and received the drinks menu!

Overall the experience was good, food was outstanding, but for a licenced restaurant not BYO Friday/Saturday the wine list needs a little tweeking as it is quiet ordinary!!!

Sadly Galangal did not have enough staff on for a busy night 1 hour to even get water on the table. Once we were served the food was lovely but what was to be an annual catchup with friends was spoilt by the lack of staff to serve the tables

We have been coming to this restaurant since it opened, the food is always good, however the service was not the same, I feel too many takeaway/ubers orders interfering with the restaurant service, it seemed like they were understaffed.

Service slow in clearing plates. Some entree plates still on table when mains arrived. Requested a quiet table and this was granted.

Not my type of food. Seemed too sweet. Had to keep asking for water. The Barramundi was the best dish.

Bad Service, the restaurant was only 30% full, they mixed up our orders, didn’t give us our ordered drink. The taste of the food is average, the Tom yum is too simple and not flavoursome.

We generally go to Galangal for a few occasions every year however this time, it has not delivered. Restaurant had literally 1 waiter staff even though it was a quiet evening for them. It took a long time to do anything, from ordering food, food coming out, requesting additional things, getting the bill etc. The waiter even miss some items we had ordered. The food quality has gone down, so has the customer service, and the food portions. I would go back again but only if this place can improve.

The food was fabulous - but unfortunately the staff were very busy and didn't follow through on what we had asked for. Restaurant was very noisy. Overall a lovely evening with our friends, and excellent food as always - but service just very disappointing. However, restaurant kindly gave us voucher for return as one of our guests mentioned service to manager.
