Excellent flavours, all so fresh and varied, there wasn’t a dish we did not enjoy. The service was efficient and attentive; I highly recommend this restaurant!

Great service, great food! We would definitely visit again. We had the duck curry and pan fried prawns with sticky rice and manago for dessert.

The food was of a very high standard. So nice! Unfortunately for us it was very busy and we had to wait a very long time to even order. The staff did recognise the problem and apologised. We were unlucky

Another great experience at Galangal. Friendly efficient staff and best Thai food in Perth. Cannot fault the flavour and the quantity. If its a cool night wear something warm if you are seated near the front door.

Starters and mains were perfect and cooked just right with nice accompaniments. Good waitress ensured as little chili as possible for us. Twice cooked pork was so yum and crispy.

The food is gorgeous only that they are petite portions. The staff were very accommodating and polite. Looking forward to returning again and trying more from the menu

Good food. Nice atmosphere. We got there 10 mins late and they said they did not have our reservation. They had but deleted it when friends had arrived earlier. So we were seated somewhere else for 20 mins before we realised.

I think we made a right decision to choose Galangal restaurant for our dinner last night. Beautiful place and friendly staffs. We really enjoyed Fish cakes, Mar Hor(ม้าฮ่อ), Tom Kha liaisons, Pad Prik King and chicken with cashew nuts. I have a confident to recommend Galangal to friends and we will return again soon.

The food was fantastic, we had the fish cakes and the soft shell crab- yum, the sauces on both were delicious! Our mains were lovely and we brought what we couldn’t eat home! Service was great as well!

food was lovely, not a massive menu but a little different and we al loved it. service was efficient and friendly. wine list is good enough and byo is always a bonus. we will definitely be back.

Amazing food, great service. Will definitely be coming back! We particularly enjoyed the roasted red duck curry and the pad Thai, absolutely delicious with fresh prawns. Can’t wait to try more of the menu.

Great food, especially the appetisers. Lovely cocktails, albeit very sweeet! The service was ok but a bit slow, although it was busy when we were there.

Rather enjoyable evening but i was blessed with great company. Staff that night were well drilled and seemed happy which makes the atmosphere better. Authentic thai food delicious also

Service was good and food was nice. I have been to Galangal on a number of occasions and it is always good as a casual neighbourhood night out.

Heard about this place from a friend and I can conclude that the food was amazing, the service was pleasent and the price was very fair. Overall it's a place I would certainly go back to and endorse.

We were greeted in a friendly manner and seated promptly. Drink orders were taken in a timely manner. A staff member was helpful when we were making selections. The dining room was busy and so noisy which made it hard for some guests to hear the conversations. Service was pleasant at all times but staff were busy and so at times we were asked the same question three times. e.g. would you like to order coffees? All the food chosen was enjoyed by each of our diners. It was as expected from the menu descriptions and the servings were appropriate. I felt it would have better if guests were given bowls rather than plates in order to contain the sauces.The bathrooms were of an average standard.

Excellent Thai cuisine. The starters were all delicious and the Thai beef carpaccio is really superb. The mains were delicious too, with the red curry duck a particular favourite.

The red duck curry was slightly creamy and extremely flavoursome. Thai food is amazing and Galangal have delivered the goods.

Beautifully presented food, hot and fresh. Attentive staff , water bottles were constantly replaced without being asked for. The bill was reasonable and toothpicks and mints were offered before departure .

Galangal is a true dining experience - the food is beautiful, the atmosphere is lovely and the service is very responsive without being intrusive. Overall - a wonderful restaurant.

So impressed! Went here on Saturday night with my partner. We had the prawns to start, the red duck curry for main and lychee martini’s. Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was incredible. We will definitely be regulars here.

Friday lunch was great with quick service and good food

The food is excellent and plentiful and the service is timely with pleasant waitresses and waiters. Anyone looking for something a bit different to the everyday Thai this is the place to go.

From our friendly welcome at the front door, through to front of house attentive service, table location, quality and flavours from the dishes selected it was a first class experience from start to end. The owners, chefs and staff should be commended for their efforts of a fine dining establishment. Definitely returning by month's end for a repeat of the experience.

My friend and I had dinner here on Wednesday night. Service was friendly and attentive. The food was super fresh and delicious. A very enjoyable experience.

My chef friend recommended this restaurant to me and she was right! The food was sublime, the decor very pleasant, and when I asked the waiter for a quieter table he found us a good spot. Close to perfect.

A neighbourhood gem. Great service and great food. Perfect for any occasion. The barramundi is our favourite. The menu hasn't changed in the last few years. It might be nice to offer some specials of the day, for the regulars who might like to try something a little different.

Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. Noisy and hard to hear across table when restaurant full but as it emptied it was better. Defininetly a neighbourhood gem.

As always the food, service and ambiance was top notch. Especially the red curry with duck and lychees, and the galloping horses starter are fantastic.

Deliciously fresh and creative Thai dishes, served in an ambient setting. We loved every dish we tasted but the standout was the Red Curry Roast Duck.
