I haven’t been there for a while. Still love the restaurant. Chicken bibimbup and spicy seafood soup were delicious!

Went for my son’s birthday, the entrees weren’t very good but the BBQ set was great and the Soju Cocktails! Little bit on the pricier side but still a great feed!

Located in Westfield Carousel, the restaurant has a lively atmosphere, attentive staff, and a menu that balances traditional Korean flavors with modern presentation. We tried the Wagyu Beef BBQ Set for two, which came with a generous portion of high-quality beef cuts including rib meat and Karubi, along with dumplings, corn cheese, and a flavorful broth. The meats were fresh and well-marinated, grilling up tender and juicy at the table. The sides—especially the kimchi and pickled radish—complemented the rich meats perfectly. Service was quick and friendly, with staff checking in regularly to help with the grill and offer refills. The restaurant was clean and buzzing with energy, but not overwhelmingly loud. For dessert, we shared a cookies and cream bingsu (shaved ice), which was light, refreshing, and a great way to finish the meal. Overall, Gangnam at Carousel delivers pretty good food in a fun setting. It’s not the most upscale Korean BBQ in Perth, but it’s reliable, flavorful, and well worth a visit if you’re craving Korean eats in Cannington.

My wife and I went there on a Wednesday night and ordered the Beef Bibimbap, Boneless Korean Fried Chicken, and the Jeon pancake. All were very tasty and cooked to perfection. Very fast and efficient service from staff. Will definitely dine here again.

Ordered the premium wagyu bbq set. No value for money. Thin slices of poor quality meat. Can get better deals elsewhere. Ban chan served in very small dishes and had to ask for refill multiple times, waitress said only limit to 2-3 free refills.
