Kitfo (Steak Tartar)
Traditional hand minced beef seasoned with Ki'Be (spiced Ghee), cardamon, and Mitmita (Traditional Ethiopian spices). Served raw or lightly cooked with Ayib (spiced cottage cheese) and injera.
Kh'ey W'et
Spicy beef stew made with Berbere. Served with injera *Can be made non-spicy (Alicha)
Doro W'et
The national Dish of Ethiopia. Spicy chicken stew with chicken drumstick and boiled eggs. Served with injera and Ayib. Can be made non spicy (Alicha)
Bozena Shiro
Traditional chickpea based curry with minced beef. Served with injera.

Deep fried or grilled fish steak seasoned with Ethiopian shiro powder. Also included vegetables or salad. Served with injera or rice.

1) Red Lentils cooked in Berbere sauce, onions, garlic & herbs.Or 2) Misir difin wet (Whole Lentil legume). Lentils in turmeric sauce with fresh garlic, ginger & herbs & spice. Served with Injera or Rice.
Shiro W'et
Authentic Ethiopian spiced chickpea based stew. Served with injera.
Vegetarian Combination
A combination of Shiro W'et, Kik Alicha, Gomen (cabbage), Misir W'et, Misir difen wet, beetroot and carrot, tomato salad. Served with injera or rice.
