The food was excellent. I've never had Ethiopian before, but it was nothing like I imagined. The staff were friendly and the overall experience was great. I will definitely be back.

Lovely food. Would have liked a welcome and the food explained to our table. Some people had not eaten Ethiopian food before. Ladies toilets were not clean. Really important for restaurants to keep an eye on the bathrooms as it can affect whether or not people come back a second time.

Great food. We had the banquet, about 10 different African meals to try. My only suggestion to Gibe would be to offer a dessert menu.

Good value for money. Authentic African food in a very basic setting. Fun place for a group to catch up and share some yummy food and drink African beer.

Enjoyed different tastes, eating using the bread rather than cutlery just added to the experience. Staff was helpful in selecting from menu & there was plenty of food, we couldn't eat it all! Good value.

A few of the meat dishes were slightly dry, but overall a unique & fun experience eating tasty food with your fingers with the Enjera. It was disappointing that the Sambussa was not available, would of liked to try & compare to an Indian Samosa.
