The food was really underwhelming. The rice in the sushi was really dry and it didn't taste good.

The service was inattentive, we sat for 20 minutes before our waitress acknowledged us and took our drinks order. The cooked salmon fillets were served cold and this is usually a hot dish. The chicken was over cooked and the consistency of rubber. It was clear that the ingredients including the seafood wasn’t fresh. We became ill with food poisoning an hour after eating there.

Good food but not a lot of variety. Good service

Seated a while before we were served, with the people next to us arriving and being served immediately. Some of the food we ordered was missed but they looked understaffed so we just left without mentioning it as the wait team were clearly under the pump. The quality of food is great and can’t be faulted. But the staffing levels to the amount of people on a busy Saturday night should be restructured

The service slowed down reaching the end duration of our time period for our booking. The food up until that point was great, but the last serve of gyoza was raw. We'd already been waiting that long so the inconsistency was a major let down which ruined the experience having been here before. Questioning whether or not I would now enjoy returning

Great food except the table was too small for our group of 15 with 2 high chairs. One side of the table was by the wall so some of us are sitting and eating shoulder to shoulder with each other. They coud have arranged a bigger table for us and we came at 5:30pm.

Amazing food but 3 things that were a bit dissapointing. 1. I waited 1hour for a certain meal to come out, asked twice and only received it just before we had to leave. 2. Beef dish was served frozen (outer pieces were frosty and cold unlike the middle) 3. Vegetarian rice came out as a meat fried rice. Not too much to complain about, but it would have been great if these didnt happen. Amazing food otherwise.

Love the food every single time. Wait times are understandable due to the volume of customers in the restaurant and staff were understandably under pressure. However one in particular was quite rude when attempting to order as she was in the middle of doing something. Again, understandable as they were under the pump but still no need to be so abrupt. All round good experience though, will go again
