Enjoyed the night with family and great food and fast service

Great pub meals, generous portions and good variety on offer in very nice venue.

We had a great time! It was busy because of Mother’s Day, but they managed it well The food was great, will definitely be back!

Overall a nice experience. We have been been many times for lunch or dinner and can never fault the service or the quality of the meals.

I loved the food selection and the service. What we didn’t like, is that our table of ten, only had the table booked for 2hours.

Most meals were well prepared and good value, a couple of the meals, beef in red wine was a little tough

We arrived early to have a drink as recommended however was so packed and so noisy. Absolutely no where to sit for a drink before dinner and couldn’t get to bar to enquirer and inform about our booking. From last visit had more of a noisy pub feel than a place for nice dining experience. Probably won’t visit again any time soon.

We received our mains only 5 minutes after getting our starters,we had to let our starters get cold so our mains wouldn't go cold, wife's birthday very unhappy

We had an overall good time, however our tables were broken and we had poor lighting.

Good service and atmosphere, but quite pricey for a lot of menu items.

I requested for a table in the kids playground area as we were having a family dinner with my toddler nephew in attendance. I was initially placed inside and had to take everyone outside, request for a table to be cleaned and move the tables to create the table that I originally requested. We're regulars at the Greggo and love the place but last night was a little frustrating

The food was burnt, none of my guest enjoyed the food. You need to improve on the food, it does not matter if it was a fully booked place, we all work hard and would like to come and have a great meal, last night that did not happen, we will not be back anytime soon, it is such a shame as I have eaten there before and loved the food, it as turned me off your food at the moment, hopefully you will take on my comments, cause places to eat are word of mouth, the experience of others who have been there, at the moment I cannot give a good review,

When we arrived the hotel was shit down so we couldn't come in for dinner. We had friends with us from out of state. We ended up driving around looking for places open to eat. Very disappointing.

Fabulous food and an amazing place to take the kids. Especially when we went on a Easter Sunday. My kids had a fantastic lunch seeing the Easter Bunny and participating in the egg hunt. Great idea!

Staff were friendly, meals ok, service well below expectation. Ordered 5 meals at the same time. 3 came out in 45mins the other 2 came out another 25mins later. This is despite 3 requests of staff to locate those 2 meals. That was our first and last visit to the hotel. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Queue to long for food, too loud, was hard to have a conversation and it was hot, needs ceiling fans. Ordered Bruschetta which was ordinary and had no basil??? Smoked meat platter wasn’t good, meat was tough and dry.
