Generous serves, great service. Cakes to die for, coffee and drinks plentiful. Leave full and satisfied. Would like to see a little more variety in menu.
Got the order wrong, so some of us eating while other one waiting for correct order. Massive sized meals but low quality. Burger dry and salty. Burger bun very sweet, stale and almost inedible. Will not be going again.
I didnt like the food as much but the tasty platter was good. I didnlove the atmosphere its a great place to go with friends
Good service, good food. However lacked a little atmosphere for a Saturday night - maybe too cold for people to venture out? Will eat there again :)
Staff were very friendly, although it take take a little while for someone to take our order. - food portions quite large, value for money
Food was lovely, and the waitresses provided a wonderful service
Why a rate scale up to 6? Should be a 10/10! Service is out of this world. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Awesome!
Lovely food and always great service at the groovr train cranbourne! We had the polenta chips, fishermans basket and seafood pasta (spicy) but we beautiful!
First time I have been to The Groove Train. Must say that the food was fantastic. Service was really good. Will be returning to this place soon. Thank you.
Service was limited and food was average. Kids meals were very small, adult meals were not the same taste or standard that you get from other Groove Train locations. Disappointed!
The experience at The Groove Train Cranbourne was excellent as other regular visits have proved in the past for lunch. I was greeted as with my friends with a friendly welcoming waiter. We were happy to go up stairs to be seated at a good sized table and comfortable seats. Looking across the main road, I was completely relaxed having a view of the parkland. In a short period of time, I was greeted and my friends by a friendly smartly dressed waiter asking if we would like to order drinks first......Then a friendly, well dressed waitress asked if we were ready to order our meal. The service was excellent throughout the duration of our luncheon. Of course like myself and the others we told the waitress about the delicious and well presented food including the very good coffee. Our group will continue to have our lunch at The Groove Train restaurant in Cranbourne and recommend this fantastic place for any meal of the day.
Vast menu to choose from, delicious food & excellent customer service!! Will definitely be going back there again.. Great venue for a dinner with the girls!!
First time we've visited this restaurant. Friendly welcome, fast service and excellent food. Staff helpful and eager to answer all our questions. would recommend to others.
My daughters burger was dry and has a burnt bun. My partners salad was dry and the lettuce had not been washed. Fish was dark. My ceasar salad was ok. Not the best meal i have had there
We had 3 courses 2 of which were shared amongst the group, the food was great and good value for money, the staff were friendly and very attentive and the atmosphere was upbeat and inviting, we will definitely be going again in the future!
Meals and service were pretty good although they didn't have our reservation and one of the 'mild' meals we ordered was anything but and couldn't be eaten.
Fantastic and quick service. Good to roll up to the restaurant and be welcomed, seated and served by professional people. Will definately re attend soon.
Food was not bad, but we waited an excessive amount of time for some gluten free toast and poached eggs. Story we got was that they had run out of the gluten free bread and had to go to Coles to buy some! Not happy Jan, the rest of the party had almost finished their meals before the last one arrived.
From when we arrived till we left our experience was great. Asked for a seat in a sunny position, done, asked for something that wasn't on the menu, done, the two young ladies that served us on Saturday morning were fantastic and the food was great.
Great Father's Day Lunch. The friendly staff and great atmosphere was as per usual wonderful. Hubby enjoyed his "treat" very much and food was wonderful.
Can't find any faults. All good. Staff were very accommodating, food was delicious. A great family friend restaurant my family and I can always come back to time and time again.
