Always great food and service will definitely come back again

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile & got seated immediately. The waiter was very friendly & he gave us positive feedback about the menu & helped us decide what to order. The food did take around 45 minutes but came out very fresh & hot. Tasted delicious. I’m very surprised as I don’t come here often but will definitely be going back again. Well done groove train! They have amazing food, drinks and service and everything is at a reasonable price. Staff are lovely and from start to finish, I would highly recommend

Graet food and service, Nice atmosphere, Just needs better signage on where to enter in, the entry is at the back and hard to find

The only 2 quirks were 1. when we ordered a glass of Riesling, being asked if that was a wine and when we said yes, then being asked if it was a white or a red 2. when we ordered a glass of Johnny Q sparkling, being served - and charged for - a 200mL bottle of something totally different But the food was sensational - especially the tiramisu

Good service by all staff encountered. Pre-order of food worked well - most meals arriving within 5 minutes of first. Quality and presentation of food very good.

Friendly and efficient service as well as good value food are always on offer at Groovetrain Epping. A nice place to eat after the movies

Food was tasty. Just a bit noisy due to construction works going on next door. My friend doesn't like noisy atmosphere neither do I as we couldn't really talk.

Groovetrain Epping consistently has efficient and friendly service and the menu is decent value. Can be a little cold inside the restaurant in Winter or early Spring but apart form that is all good.

Nice place to eat :). Groove train is always pretty good. Good food, pretty cheap and great service. I would recommend this place to others.

The meals didn't come out at the same time, waited for two meals for quite some time and mixed up drinks. The bill was incorrect. We won't be coming back :(

The food was OK however they could not find my table number to charge me which took about 10 to 15 minutes to resolve. There was a queue behind me that was getting frustrated. Need to spend more time with proper customer service and a quick response time

The food was good and came out in a timely manner. Customer service was good as well. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained.

Good service, but food was bland and portions way too big. We had a child and we're seated near the entrance so kept getting a cold draft.

food & service was great, my family & i enjoyed mother's day breakfast, great atmosphere & people. definitely will come back again, juices are bomb.

I appreciate how busy Mothers Day can be however 1 1/2 hours wait for food is ridiculous. No staff member had the courtesy to let us know there's a wait and when asked how long our food would be we were told 'soon'... steak was dry and stewed, had to ask for another one and even that wasn't cooked as requested. Burger was dry and cold, salt n pepper squid had no salt. Fish oozed oil. Very overpriced for what we got and the service wasn't up to scratch. Very disappointed. Definately won't be going back.

It was okay - main meals were good, but the dessert was not satisfying. Service was good, although they were short staffed. It was a little cold in the restaurant due to the doors being left open.

great service, the food delicious overall,( a small comment the fish batter was a bit thick and heavy) Portions size huge. I will recommend the groove train to my friends.

Lovely meals, quick service and staff were pleasant. Inside Table location wasn't great near door draft and smoke area. Would definitely return but specify table location.

Food was not the best. We ordered a Garlic pizza and the base was too hard just like a biscuit. Chicken Burger bead buns tasted stale !!

It was so good and good staff and food, also getting a rose for v-day was also good. I would tell people to go there.

Food and service was very good. The only thing that really annoys me is that many places can get very noisy without effective sound reduction panels. Family friendly places need to do some work with noise levels and their choice of music does not help. Along with a nice meal I enjoy having a good conversation but noise levels distract from the experience. But overall a very good experience twice in approx 2 weeks..

We had a very good night out and the food was pretty good, the only negative was it was busy so the service was sometimes very slow.

The food wasn't great and the service was appalling. It is a shame because we had a large group and 90% of people were unhappy.

Food was good. Service okay Only problem that big blow flys were everywhere whilst eating food. Also they don't allow split the bill when dining with a big group.

Service and meal was fantastic. They didn't have the booking though. Next time I will book over the phone, not through Quandoo. The restaurant were very accommodating considering they were busy and didn't have a booking for us.

I requested a booth and when we arrived, we did not get a booth and there was like two booths empty and they looked like they were not reserved at the time we were there.

Came to celebrate a 21st birthday and we were not disappointed. Great food at a fantastic price. The service was amazing!! :) I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends! Thankyou very much for a great evening.
