Great service great food yummy dessert oh yummy fast service and very friendly staff my only complaint would be being ask 4 times off four different people how was my meal but if that's my only complaint Iam very happy

we were greeted in a friendly manner and seated at our table, service was good, staff were friendly and frequently enquired if everything was ok,we were satisfied with our meals.

food came super fast and the service was great - got a free meal too because of my birthday and staff put in a lot of effort

Nice food as usual and reasonable price. Service was efficient and prompt and ample staff on hand. Coffee is however a bit variable - I've had great coffee and not so great coffee here.

The groove train had great food and environment and although the food was a little bit pricey, the serving sizes are quite large so it made up for it.

We had a great experience. It was my son"s 13th birthday and service was very good. We will definitely be back! Thank you very much!

Always reliable and good value. The steaks are cooked perfectly and the vegetables as well. My partner always comments that their steak sauces are not made from a powder.

Delicious risotto lots of mushrooms, could of had a little more goats cheese and Calsone extremely tasty, really nice service, nice coffe, only 1 mark down for old glaases which were scratched and overed in dishwasher spots.

The meals were good and the venue was a great choice to celebrate a birthday. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was disappointing, they had run out of my friends choice of beer .

Loved it. Early dinner before a movie. 7 women over 50 and each enjoyed their meal. Good prices and great variety on offer made it easy

Everything was really good, food, staff, atmosphere. The meals are a good size the timing of the food coming out was very good there is a great variety on the menu as well

Good was great service was a little slow as they had a large function upstairs. We were offered complimentary coffee because they were slow. Great place to eat.

The quick and easy way to book was so convenient and easy! I love the groove train and this just makes it heaps better .

Unfortunately we had a pretty poor experience. We were placed in a poorly lit corner where we needed to use our phones to help read the menu. One of us found plastic in their food and the food was quite average. Sorry groove train but we will never come back!

The food was great, but very slow to come out. It's not overly expensive, and the food is consistently good here, so worth trying it out

The venue was nice and suitable to take the whole family out. Large choice on menu. The staff friendly. The service however was slow. We waited 35 minutes to order and the restaurant wasn't busy.

The Groove Train offers a relaxed environment with great food and friendly service. I've eaten there for breakfast, lunch and dinner - great varied menu!

I have eaten here quite a few times and have never had a bad meal. The staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is great!

Went for breakfast. The food was great. We had 5 children and it wasn't an issue. Value is great. Good variety for kids and adults meals.

Staff very helpful, friendly & attentive to the small details. We were seated at a lovely table, not feeling crammed in or on top of the next table either. Will return, thank-you.

The service was great and my meal was lovely. Unfortunately my daughters Carbonara was very oily and had no taste. The waiter agreed that is was very oily and was very apologetic and took it back to the kitchen and came back and said the manager has given it to her for half price. I feel it should have been not charged for at all as she only had a few mouth fulls. It was Mothers Day so it was disappointing and I understand why she wasn't offered another meal as it was extremely busy and I had already finished my meal, but I still don't think we should have paid for it.

Ordered the mixed grill - was very nice. Bacon was extra crispy. Restaurant was moderately busy with a nice atmosphere. However did have to wait a while to be served.

Great food, great service & venue. Will be back again. I had the grilled chicken salad and was very tasty. Service is very quick & staff are very friendly

Food was quite good. Calamari was very tender and pizza was great. Had to constantly call wsit staff to order food and drinks. Will be back

Good food, nice friendly staff. Meals were a good size. Was happy with everything no bad comments to make. Was happy my calamari came with tartare and tomato sauce so I didn't need to ask.

was there late on a sunday staff were very good even though it was late meals were also great at such a late time (near closing)

Service was good and the food was good. Everyone had something different. Very reasonable prices. Would recommend for casual dinner with a group of friends.

Food was pretty nice, quite expensive though. Also quite a shame their isn't spilt payments, especially when it's a young girls dinner and not everyone bought cash.

Was a nice resturant, the staff seemed very rude and hurrying us to order and leave. The food was good, Parma was smaller than usual but tasted good.

Quick service, and good food portions, felt the kids meals were a tad overpriced though- $12 for a small cheese pizza on it own. Parma was good, though was missing ham option which would have made it better.

Initially the staff member seemed confused by our booking (the confirmation email said to give them the booking number), but a second staff member looked and found it under my name. We waited a while between the drinks and food order, but the largish serves of food arrived promptly and as ordered. Extra plates were offered and brought, as we we were sharing dishes. A pleasant place to stop and eat during a shopping expedition.

Good service and food. Nothing outstanding and not cheap. A variety of meals and a nice venue. Friendly and polite staff. We certainly weren't blown away by the food.

Good food, lovely cocktails and helpful staff! And luckily for us we got a cool booth seat. It was a lovely night, will be back another time.

The food is away good ( casual dining) and the wait staff are always friendly and prompt. Good place to take kids. They always enjoy it here!

Very open in space and has great food with great presentation and great taste. The waiters know how to have a laugh or too. Over all the place is just great To go with Friends and Family

Large venue with great food selection including gf and v. There is a large function room upstairs which is free to hire. Close to Frankston cinemas.

Great food and great value. Be BV a member v of course the groove train club for more discount. We love the burgers, risottis, rosemary bread and salads

I went there for my Birthday Lunch, with family and friends and even know I didn't join till 2 days later, we were welcomed with a smile and seated and served with drinks almost straight away. I was also amazed how the waiter remembered all our orders without writing it down, the food was delicious and served at a reasonable time. We were farewelled in a nice manner and will certainly be going back again soon.
