Terrible service. Food and drinks took a long time to arrive. Each drink took nearly 1hr.

Really bad food this time. Had visited a month back and the food was great so came in this time with more people and the food was not at all good. No taste, not fresh.

Place and food as usual was great. however the service was below average or to be blunt was bad. Long wait times for someone to come to our table to take order. Server forgot our drinks. When we got the drink they forgot about the glasses. Had to remind them about everything. Also one of the dish never showed up it was really disappointing.

Found & drinks were delicious. Very friendly staff. Service was very quick.

The food was excellent. The waiter did not have understanding of the food and drinks items in the menu. We were served our dessert after 25 mins as he forgot to mention that to the kitchen staff. Only after a reminder we were served the dessert in next 5 minutes

After placing our order and asking for nachos to come out first for entree, they started to bring out the mains before nachos. Then the birria tacos were terrible. Just tasted like oil as they were fried with hardly any filling inside. And the background music was super loud. Won’t be going back.

Meh....underwhelming in every way from the staff to the vibe to the food and drinks.

Great food and the staff couldn't do enough for us

Staff were not great. One seemed rude. The waiter would have forgot to get the order for the 3rd person at our table, but we pulled him up on that. Food was good, we all had burritos. Margaritas were good too.

Visited this place with an elderly group of aged care residents. Customer service was amazing.

To be honest I was disappointed. My daughter waited over 2 hours and did not get her face painted. Our booking was at 12.15pm. Food was great but left with an unhappy toddler.

The food and drinks were delicious. And the staff was excellent! Very attentive.

Experience was amazing . Meeting Elsa and Ana made my daughter’s day. Staff were amazing & food. Only down fall was to much seasoning especially on chips my kids only ate nuggets not the chips

Disappointing. We waited patiently from 12.15pm till 2pm to have our 5 year old twins faces painted by Anna and Elsa as advertised, to then be told at 2pm that they can’t have their faces painted as there’s to many children. We spent $180 on food for two children and two adults just to give the children a good experience only to have to drive home with both children crying.

it was really good food but it was very busy so service was a bit slow and it was very loud

it was a great environment and meal, sitting people in the sun is silly, we left due to the sun coming through the windows straight onto us. I should have pushed to sit some where else more and not be persuaded to sit where the sun was coming through. however we went on Taco Tuesday so tacos were $5 each which worked out a cheap meal for an 18th Birthday, we would have eaten more had our seating been better

Service - would have been great to have more wait staff, as we had to wait a long time to get service and had to get a wait staff any service. Would have been good if wait staff periodically checked on the tables if they needed anything. Waiting for entrees took a while, but mains service was good.

Watered down drinks. Margaritas just take like sugar syrup. Very small portions for food - the nachos served with cheese not even half melted. Pretty poor food/drinks experience- this review is based on the at least 5 times visiting here.
