Poor service. Meals did not arrive together. Incorrect meal delivered. Disappointed and won’t be returning.

Great service, great food came and it came out quick. Bit cold as we were near the door. We asked to move but I think she forgot about it.

Food was above par considering this is a chain Mexican restaurant (although you wouldn't know it). I do appreciate the wide array of vegetarian (some vegan) options they offer. Another real highlight is the cocktail and tequila portion of the menu. The layout makes it a little hard to always attract attention of wait staff. I sat downstairs which is indoors and cannot comment on the rooftop experience.

Food was not great except Chamchinga and jalapeño Food got delivered late not until we asked what’s happening with the mains Even forgot to get the drink we ordered which was given when we finished the meal. Quasedella was bit soggy

Food is so fresh and delicious. Well worth the visit. Catalina was wonderful and the customer service was fantastic. Thanks girls for a great evening.

Lovely food. Lovely staff. Food was prompt except one meal that definitely got forgotten but mistakes happen. Apologetic and rushed it out no dramas. Thanks for having us

We dined as 4 people and the main meals came out separately. One had finished, two were half way through their meal by the time the last main meal came to the table.

The food was amazing, and our waitress was wonderful. Would come back again for sure! Such a great vibe!

Staff seemed disinterested for the most part, we had to wait a LONG time for anything to come out (and they were moderately busy, not super busy), and when the food did come out... it was OK.

The steak fajitas were a bit tough/chewy. Otherwise meal was on. Will give another try and go for tacos next time.
