The meat balls that come along with the hot and spicy ramen are very tasty. You can also find vegetarian option ramen there.

As well as a great selection of fresh sushi, there's also a variety of interesting ramen noodle, rice or rice and egg cooked dishes. Will be going there again.

My first experience at Hikaru Ramen a few months ago was such a hit that I was raving about it to everyone. When I came back recently the menu had been cut short and even though a few things were no longer available, tonkotsu ramen remained. I remember the broth was much more intense and full-bodied back then. This time round it was still thick and blessed with a nice pork bone flavour but something was missing, as if it wasn't cooked long enough. With that said it's still 1 of the better tonkotsu broths around Perth. Considering the location and quantity, pricing is super reasonable, especially when your ramen comes with 3 slices of chashu.

Delicious ramen! 4 of us ordered 4 different types and we all enjoyed them. The tonkotsu broth especially was rich in flavour and perfectly seasoned. Will definitely return!
