Friendly customer service and food was amazing very pleased overall

Took a little while for the main courses to arrive but when they did it was worth the wait delicious meal and friendly staff

Main meals were brought to table before Starters. Main meals (steaks) were not tender and had a lot of fatty bits. Haven’t been to Hogs Breath for several years. Not impressed. The food used to be much better.

Food was very ordinary and expensive, could have been more generous with the vegetables, there was 5 of us and we had a quarter of a small corn cob each a bit of broccoli and 2 pieces of carrot shock were cold and hard, very disappointing wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back..

The service was good, the food was ok, but a little pricey. Considering the hot weather we've been having, the air conditioning system was extremely poor. Some parts of the restaurant were so uncomfortable due to the heat that I requested to move tables.

We got there before the rush, just after 6pm. Food was good. Wait staff were nice but a little slow. The place as a whole was dirty including tables and toilets.

Waited about 45 minutes for main meals. Ribs had no sauce. Medium to Well Done steak was overcooked. Waited 50 minutes for our 2nd round of drinks.

The restaurant forgot our entrees and we had to ask for our main meals. The food was only ok not great.

The food was bland, the service was not great the service were not dressed well, the coffee was like drinking Luke warm dish water.

Service was initially very quick but we weren’t ready to order quickly enough for the waiter, then when we were ready it was hard to get their attention. After our meals were eaten the waiter never came back and asked if we wanted another drink, or if we wanted dessert, we had to go to the bar to get tap water, staff were very inattentive. Food was good, service poor

We did enjoy our visit but the service was very slow. Waited for drinks and the food was slow coming.

Staff pleasant, smiling and friendly but understaffed. Service from table to order was slow. Order took over 45 mins to come out. Parts of my meal were cold but food was still enjoyable. More staff is needed.

Overall, the experience was average. The food was great, but the customer service was poor in my opinion. What was disappointing was, as being a Hogs Club Member, I was entitled to a free meal for my Birthday. Well, my family and I went for dinner, and when it came time at the counter, it was mentioned that we were there for my Birthday. The cashier's first comment was..."Do you have the voucher, and where's your club card?" I thought an initial greeting possibly could have been "Ohh, Happy Birthday"...??
