Food fresh and very clean. But no explaination on how it worked. Disappointed in hot pot cooking with elderly friends with poor mobility. Basa fish served. Will not go back

Amazing place to eat, only thing to improve would be keeping the “cooked” foods kept warmer. Also a good addition could be recommending some sauce combinations for customers as the amount of sauce options available could be overwhelming for some.

great place for hot pot , great selection of foods , cold or hot.... the meat selection was great - abit hard to reach at times - cuz of placement of bowls -

fresh raw food for hot pot and deliciously cooked entree and desert etc., spacious setting and good service. the one pot per person design is a lot better than the traditional one pot per table system. definitely worth the value.

we have been had dinner so many time and the food and service always good. we enjoyed the food, the staff are very helpful and friendly, this made us feel very comfortable. will come back for sure and bring more friends

The food variety is poor compared with the price. And it’s not real SICHUAN Hot Pot, the deserts and other food keep running out, and seems like they are not really to restock the food. Very disappointed! Will not come back for sure!

Beautiful restaurant with attentive staff and delicious food. Love that they provide cold food and dessert as well. It would be better if they provide small metal spoons for desserts instead of only big spoons and plastic forks. Their eftpos terminal wasn’t working that night so we had to pay cash but overall we are pretty happy with the restaurant and will definitely be back!
