Hut and Soul in the Adelaide CBD is the place to go for flavoursome Malaysian, Indonesian and Singaporean dishes. Serving up a storm since 1998, this stylish restaurant offers a wide selection of Southeast Asian dishes, with plenty of meat, seafood and vegetarian options that everyone will love. You can expect to find signature specialities such as ikan bakar burned barramundi wrapped in a banana leaf and served with chilli; char-grilled chicken cooked in turmeric and lemongrass and the dirty duck, which is twice-cooked duck steamed in spices then deep-fried. With so much more on offer, your best bet is to book a table and head to Hut and Soul on Pulteney Street in the Adelaide CBD as soon as possible!

The most authentic Redang that I have tasted in Adelaide. The other dishes is also very good. Dessert is very imaginative, blending in very nicely using original dessert with a morden twist which came out fantastic. The whole restaurant is very nicely set up, not overcrowded in table space thus giving you space to enjoy the dinning experience.
Great service, ambient lighting and food was very tasty! Will be back
