Best steak house EVER. The ribs are mouth watering too. A big variety to choose from. The service was spot on. Nice environment to eat. Would recommend

Set menu because of origin nighttook away from the experience. The service was slow also. We waited 20 minutes for someone to take our dessert order before deciding to leave without dessert. Might try on a normal night but we are in no hurry to return.

Always a lovely meal. Great steaks and large meals. A couple of extra bits & pieces missing that I asked for but besides this, all good. We'll be back.

Great food fast service was left thirsty though. Had water glasses but nooo water. Ordered one drink but wasnt asked if any more were needed. For 2 hours. Disappointing as everything ends was very impressive.

Food was tasty but a little overpriced. The venue at Penrith can get a little noisy so if you are looking for a quiet one, perhaps try Roseville.

The food is always amazing at Hux. The service is lacking, which is disappointing. But when you have finished your meal it doesn't matter. I can't wait to tackle the Tomahawk!

the food was very nice, good size serves, but the kids steak was too rare for my children, and the location is not very atmospheric being in the dead end of town. deserves to be located somewhere more lively.

Delicious, fresh food and great service. Caters fantastically for allergies. Dining room allowed for plenty of space at table, with comfortable seating. Will definitely visit again!

Had a great night table of 9 quick service friendly to all food was amazing and when ordering I ordered the 1 kg Angus t bone after ordering this we were told that they were out of this steak and upgraded us to the 1.3 kg tomahawk steak at no extra cost to us will be back 100%

We were served Perfectly cooked delicious meat. Fresh generous side dishes. All meals offer generous servings, and we received great customer service. The meals were served quite promptly.

I couldn't fault this place as they had great service and delicious food. We managed three courses but you don't need it as you get a lot for your money.

Great food loved the pork belly and salt and pepper squid starters and beef ribs where melt in your mouth and lamb rack was tender and gravy was full of flavour The kids loved the Hux cheeseburger and onion rings.Staff where fantastic and always checking if we needed anything.

Amazing food, we had the Wagyu steak and Ribs, it was awesome. Service was fantastic too, staff were attentive and cheery. Will definitely be back!

Visited Hux on a Thursday night for a bday.We all had the burgers they where delicious make sure you order the onion rings the best i have ever had.We all walked out very happy and full can't wait to return to try the ribs.

The servings are huge with one entree being able to feed two or even three people. Quantity does not reflect quality. My Waygu steak was tough and tasted nothing like any Waygu I have had the pleasure of eating in the past. I believe that a person who has not previously dined on real Waygu would be turned off Waygu forever. Positive reviews from other diners do not reflect my experience of this restaurant.

This was our 2nd time at Hux but wont be back. My husbands meals sides where wrong took 15min for the onion rings to be replaced, (the rest of his meal was eaten before they came out) mother in laws t-bone was off. She ate a little bit and said it didn't taste right we thought she was just complaining but 2 others at our tablet tried it and said the same. Side of oysters that came our where warm not cool. Sadly not what we planned for a large family birthday get together.

The food was amazing. The service was great. My partner and i had pork belly, cheese burger and chips, side of sweet potato chips and the deep fried brownie!! Delicious!!

Atmosphere, a very welcoming restaurant. Extremely friendly staff, plenty of room, didn't feel cramped, and there lots of people. The staff were very informative with meal selection. Only down side was the drinks were warm :( apparently the bar fridge was not working properly. This was our second visit and we will definitely be going back again! well done Jay and the team!!!! It was my third visit in the restaurant and three of them had been very pleasant experience. The first time was Christmas dinner for work, we had banquet and it was absolutely beautiful food. I was so impressed and praised about Hux Grill to all my friends. I had a booking for 4 to begin with but things changed so I rung to have booking change to 5 people. When we arrived tonight, I explained again and Jay and all the staff were very accommodating to our numbers despite the fact that one person didn't show up, they still arrange a bigger table for us. What a great customer service. The food is just sensational. 10 out of 10.

The reservation was easy and on time, nice friendly staff who looked after us very well with good service and knew their menu. Food was excellent and served in a timely fashion, didn't have to wait for ages. We will definately be coming back.

The food and the service was wonderful and pleasent. The kids meals came out in a flash which was great. And our steak was cooked to perfection.

Best steak place in Penrith. Always great food and friendly waitresses. Best part you can even split the bill. Would recommend the ribs they are the best
