Beautiful dinner! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our evening here.

noisy expensive for a average steak restaurant in the suburbs. rude waiters. drunk manager. bar girls breasts were hanging out. didnt know basic alcohllic drinks. difficult parking. small venue. music was to loud screaming babies. people. withh mental health problems smokng. typical uneducated yobbos with money.

No longer open for business. Was a great experience however I miss the place

Food was delicious, however the service was a huge let down. The staff were completely disorganised, no one seemed to be in charge, and the chaos was enough to ruin our evening. They even tried to charge is twice for dinner. Unlikely we will return. Dining out is a full experience and we left disappointed, despite the food.

Seated near front Windows. There were a lot of dead and live flies. Moved tables. Chicken wings overcooked. Out of corn on the cob. Out of sweet potato. Out of cream brulee. Three ordered medium rare, all cooked different. Tbone was very overcooked and grisly. Have been here before and was always good but disappointed this time.

Service was excellent and must admit this is the 3rd time dining here and was not going to go back as service was so slow. The service was fast and all the staff could not do enough for you . The experience this time was excellent. My wife is even going to book for her work christmas lunch .

I think they were just having a bad night, but my steak first came out very, very rare, then when I complained they cooked the same steak and put it back on the same plate with lukewarm chips and served it back to me. Then one part of the steak was well done and the other was still quite raw, despite me asking for it medium rare.

Great food, great service. The food was good value for money. Most of my friends had the battered fish, chips and salads which they enjoyed. I had the pulled pork burger with onion ring which was nice. The only problem I found with the salad on the pork burger was that it was a bit spicy for my liking and the cabbage was a bit chunky. A enjoyable experience overall.

Hux was an awesome restaurant! I visited with a group of 10 and was thoroughly satisfied with the friendly service and the amazing food, from starters right through to dessert. The food was perfection, special mention of the steaks which were fantastic. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be visiting again

Absolutely beautiful food. Service was slow too start but waitresses were swapped and she was alot better. A bit all over the place with the drinks. Will definitely go back.

Would be the worst service & dining experience we have ever had.It was disgusting from the time we arrived booked in at 7.45pm after much heated discussions they found us a table at 9.15pm.The waiters didn't know the difference between a beer & a wine.Some at the table ordered crumbed lamb rack & got crumbed cutlets instead. others ordered large T-bones & got a steak the size you would win in a pub meat tray. Never will set foot in that place again and have & will tell everybody we know our disgusting experience.

Waited over an hour for our food and didnt like the meals served on wooden platters as I feel they are unhygienic as you can see where previous knife cuts have been made. Apart from this the food was enjoyable.

Great food but the service was poor. We would go Back there but suggest they learn to handle it being busy a little better. Thanks

Just a bit slow on the service. I had to keep putting my hand up to get the attention from the staff. Food was excellent.

Service was very slow the room was hot and food very basic nothing to rave about I would not waist my time returning You ask for a review but the site doesn't allow you to post it just allows you to look for another restaurant so it leaves me with the question do only good reviews get posted?

Not impressed - over priced and I make better food at home. Halloumi cheap and not grilled, salad out of a Woolworths mix lettuce packet- $21!

Just short of terrible. They got the order wrong, the food took forever to come, and when three of the meals arrived (all steaks) they were cold. We then accepted their offer to reheat the three steaks, and when they were returned to the table, they were still cold. The chef, when asked, told the manager that the steaks were hot when leaving the kitchen, however, we dispute this as there were 6 people at our table who all can verify that the steaks were cold. The implication from the staff was that we were lying. Unacceptable.

The food as usual was excellent, unfortunately the coffee machine was broken so no after meal coffee. The men's toilet, the hand basin tap would not turn off, water was flowing continually. No hand towels in the men's toilet, people had been using toilet paper to dry their hands and dropping on the floor.

The best Wagyu steak I've ever had, although the restaurant was not full, the service was very good. We will certainly be back to Hux soon!

Food was good. Service was very poor! When paying the bill my husband mentioned how the service could be improved and was brushed off, they didn't care in the slightest. We won't be going back!

Hux Grill was awesome. Service was great and the food was excellent. The only concern I have is how healthy it is to eat of wooden boards as how do they keep them clean? I would definitely recommend Hux Grill though and thoroughly enjoyed it as a first time customer.

Food was great but service was terrible! Girl at counter when we walked in acted like she didnt want to be there. They got my drink order wrong then young staff members kept on coming up to our table with meals asking if they were ours even though we were eating at the time!

Amazing food! Definitely recommend if you are looking for excellent steak. I had the pork ribs and they were delicious. The restaurant itself is a bit daggy, but good for casual dining

Terrible service. It's bad when they get your order wrong but it's worse when you can see they have got other people's orders wrong to. It's unfortunate as the good was good when it came out. Won't be going back and couldn't recommend it

Food and service was excellent. All steaks were cooked exactly to order. Didn't try and rush us out the door once we had completed our dinner. Staff could not have been more helpful.

The food was really bad. The steak was inedible and looked disgusting. Waitresses under age so had to get someone else to serve us. The lady came up on her mobile and didn't make any eye contact and was not very polite

The main dish arrived before we had finished all entrees and dishes were still on the table. The oyster Kilpatrick were disappointing, very small oysters and bacon overdone and they sat on a plate of salad leaves. Rock salt is more appealing as a base. Mains were tasty but not well presented. The girls worked very hard as the restaurant was crowded. They also accepted a slightly out of date gift voucher and that in itself will mean a return for us. Service was ridiculous. Had to ask them to take out order after waiting at least 25-30 minutes. We went early so there were very few people in there and most of the staff were standing around doing nothing. We were not asked for more drinks when our meals came out and the first lot were empty. By the time the next lot of drinks did come out we were already finished our food.

Service was excellent from being greeted at the door until we left. The only food was delicious with little waiting time between courses. Would certainly dine here again.

We got seated immediately as we had booked, good food and portion size with quick service but didn't get asked for more drinks of desert.

Did not enjoy Hux Grill, very underwhelmed with the service, lack of communication of what wasn't available on the menu when we sat down, presentation of food was poor. Will not recommend to anyone else!

The ribs are always delicious here and the staff are great! Can never go wrong with having a night here! Suits all types of occasions and the prices are extremely reasonable!

There were 6 of us coming to celebrate my birthday. They got half of our orders wrong (3 of us ordered the same thing) but were quick to fix the suitation and apologise for the inconvenience. It was worth the wait because the rack of lamb was devine! I wouldn't let this little mishap stop me from coming back.

Awesome food! Great staff! Never fails. Make sure you book if you want to dine at Hux coz it can get busy. It's because it's AWESOME!

Can never complain when we come here, the food is sensational, and the service is faultless. The range on their menu is great and the restaurant provides a great atmosphere.

Service was great and the food was delicious. It's my intention to try out most of the menu items, therefore I will be back. My kids love the burgers. There is a Great variety on the menu.

The normal chef was not there and they only had a limited menu. Their excuse was short staffed. On arrival we were handed a sheet of paper and told that that was the only menu they could do that night. Food was uninspiring. Ask the waiter for plain bread and butter for my husband who is allergic to garlic and he was given bread with garlic butter on it. I don't think the waitress's new what they were doing. The chicken schnitzel looked like it had been cook for 3 days it was that dry.

The food was delicious unfortunately though they forgot our order and returned to our table 40mins after we put the order in and retook it. The did apologise but it was 1 hour and 15 mins before we actually got our meal. I took my girlfriend for our anniversary, she loved the food too but it was just the wait. They did apologise but I thought maybe they could have bought us a complimentary salad or bread whilst we waited.

There seemed to be a lot of staff but not always a lot of service...lots of chatting and discussing Oktoberfest outfits... One of our orders was mixed up so only one meal was served to start. Our first romantic date since bubs was him watching me eat then me watching him eat which wasn't too romantic... A brief apology but no offer to keep my meal warm so we could eat together or a free drink or dessert... The meals were good and generous potions (note: 1/2 a rack of ribs is plenty for one!) Overall, a bit expensive for what we got and the mixed up meal just made it a bit disappointing...
