A lovely evening- the food was great as was the service. Thanks to everyone at Hux for a an awesome evening. We will defienetly be back!

Very good service. Didn't have to wait long for drinks or food. Waitress was very attentive. Food was great. Overall a very pleasant evening for us all.

Service and atmosphere fantastic! Food serving sizes were very large but actual flavour and quality was lacking and a little disappointing given celebrity status of Jay Huxley!

Was okay. Not much options for lunch. (I can't eat full size steak at lunch). Hasn't changed the decoration from the previous steak restaurant. Serving was slow.

It is always great food and service at Hux Penrith.

Defineatley has got better with the service since opening, now the service and the food is great and good value I think, I go there on a regular basis with friends.

Fantastic. I have been twice for both dinner and lunch and on both occasions Customer service was high and staff friendly. Food was excellent. I always tell everyone I know to experience Hux Grill. I highly recommend you give Hux Grill a try you will not regret it. Well done to Management & Staff.

Food is fantastic and reasonably priced. We have been a couple of times and have always had a great time and enjoyed everything. Highly recommend.

Delicious steaks cooked perfectly and fantastic service. We had squid for entree which was also really good. Average price, would definatly go back and recommend.

We were a little concerned about the food being served on wooden serving trays as they had some cracks in them which could potentially harbour bacteria however we considered that health guidelines would have to be met. The herb bread for entrée was not enjoyable as it was too oily and lacked flavour. The main was a good size portion and was enjoyable, nicely cooked. Service was excellent from competent, friendly staff. Pricing was also excellent. Overall, quite an enjoyable meal.

Awesome place! Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Food is great. Our favourite dish is the Ribs shared platter, best ribs in sydney, great value for money too!

Great food and great experience. Can't wait to go back and take the whole family and try the suckling pig. Highly recommend the Pork belly entree, bloody beautiful.

YummY, best pork ribs I've had and hubby said his rib eye was cooked perfect. Jay and staff were super friendly, restaurant was clean...nothing to complain about here!

Hux is a horrible place first i booked a table and when i arrived to find that there was no table left my husband and i were seated outside *it had also be raining that day * that was fine i could understand that but when we went outside there was about 10 men watching football with the tv as loud as it could go yelling and screaming ! I felt like i was in a TAB ! Very unhappy will never return!

My husband and I had a lovely time on Saturday night. The food was great, the price was good and so was the service. We will definitely return.

Hands down the best food ever!! The ribs were fantastic and the dessert, the deep fried brownie was to die for! Loved it. Can't wait to go back

Best ribs I've had in Sydney 4 time I've gone this year. Best value ribs and meat I've had. Burgers could be a little bigger but you can't argue with the quality!

Staff were very friendly, our table was available earlier so we could have a more relaxing time... Our meals were beautiful, plentiful and so tasty.

Best ribs in town, service is good and beverages are average price on the whole a lovely place to dine. Will be back again soon.

This was about our 5th time here. Perfect steak as usual. Did notice the past couple of times now that we have needed to wave the odd fly away while eating, which can get annoying when in doors. Other than that, the food has been awesome every time.

Nice food, unfortunately so many flies inside the restaurant we spent the whole meal swatting at them. Not an enjoyable experience. Rather disappointed this time

great service, good drinks selection and delicious food! The only minor let down were the desserts. Crime brûlée was not quite set right but tasted good and sticky date was a but dry but that's honestly the only negative I could give. Will definitely be back.

Preorder 2 x $99.00 Tomahawks, both were full of sinew and the fat layer was disgusting. For a 1.3kg cut of meat and majority of it being solid fat was disappointing. The chef admitted that they recently changed meat suppliers. Our bill was discounted and we were offered free dessert. To only be able to eat 100g of meat from the Tomahawks was a major disappointment especially when it is advertised as 'the home of the Tomahawk. Pork ribs also had hardly any meat on them. We have been to Hux previously and loved the food and atmosphere. The new meat supplier needs to be kicked to the kerb as it is doing more harm than good to Hux Grill great food and reputation.

My meal (salmon) was a little overcooked. Most of the groups meals (with the exception of the pork ribs and tbone steak) were overcooked slightly. My friend had lamb, she said it was tough, wasn't pink as it should. Apart from that, the service was excellent and would definitely go back.

Excellent and friendly service. Food was absolutely delicious. Any issue dealt with immediately for example, when my husband ordered another glass of wine and realised the wrong red was served, the staff immediately and willingly replaced it. We plan to go back.

Food was great service was great. Had to move tables cause of mozzies all cool though staff very helpful. Next table was wet but staff cleaned it straight away without any fuss at all. Will definately be back

The food was amazing and the serving portions extremely generous. It was very busy for a Tuesday night but we were celebrating a family birthday. It was a great night and we were the last to leave and never once did they rush us or push us out the door. Would highly recommend for others togive it a go. Enjoy.

Everything was amazing. Great service and delicious food. And reasonably priced. It was also very nice that kids eat free Monday-Thursday 😄 I'd definitely recommend it!

Great food and service! The meals were outstanding and even on a friday night we didn't have to wait long at all for our food. The beers (Asahi) we ordered were probably a tad warm is the only thing. Definitely will be back

Steak had to be sent back and asked for water twice but arrived when we finished our meals, salad was nice. Won't be going back, sorry.

The food was delicious! And definitely cost efficient. Only downside was the service. The staff weren't terrible but not great either, I suppose they lacked enthusiasm...

It was a hot evening and with the back door open, the air con didn't work that well making it quite warm. I didn't like the pork belly entree, however my husband did. The mains were nice - we had steak and fish and I would have liked more options for dessert. Price was more reasonable than I was expecting too!

The food and service were excellent. We enjoyed fine food and a relaxed atmosphere where we could have a conversation and a laugh without feeling rushed. I can't wait to come back with the family. Thank you again Hux for making our day truly delightful.

Had the platter of ribs to share with my girlfriend, best ribs I've had and got so much we had to take some away.

The food awesome - service well below par....felt like we didn't exist. Empty glasses & never offered refills throught mains. Waiting to order desert - multiple staff passed without offering menu or seeing if we wanted anything else. Couldn't even get the bill & ended up walking up to the counter to pay - this was after waiting approx. 30 mins with no one acknowledging us, just walking past. Was disappointed in level of device in comparison to previous visits to this restaurant.

Food was beautiful - most staff members exceptional - a few staff far too interested in having a chat with each other rather than serving customers - disappointing for those doing such a good job

Terrible took forever to be seated staff were busy talking. Got drinks order wrong 3 times. Steak cooked incorrectly. Meals weren't very nice. Took forever to bring the bill. Never again

Awesome meal again as always.. Service is A+ best restaurant in the west by far. Food always cooked to perfection & dessert is just divine!

Yummy food and the service was fine. Good value! The only problem with the service was that they didn't provide a bill until we asked for it. We had been sitting there finished for about 10 minutes and still no one thought to ask if we would like the bill.

Very good. Staff were prompt and friendly. Food was great, nice size servings. The location is easy to park, but let's just say it is not the best view. Would go again for sure!

Super impressed, service was great, steak was cooked perfect, free drinks for the kids, delisicous desserts & reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning, so many more menu items I want to try!
