It’s all about taste sensations here – that, and fun, of course. Indimex, as the name suggests, is where Indian and Mexican cuisines come together in perfect – albeit surprising – harmony to create delicious fusion dishes that will have you coming back time, and time again.

So what about the menu then? We recommend kicking things off with a couple of starters to share such as the famous Indimex seafood soup brimming with mussels, prawns, fish, scallops and calamari in a spicy broth or the Bombay oysters topped with Indian spices and crispy bacon. Talk about fusion, right? Then, tuck into a serving of Moreton Bay bugs in a creamy Creole sauce; sizzling steak fajitas topped with salsa, sour cream and black lentil dal makhani or else feast on tandoori roast chicken served with fries and biryani rice.
