Italian Street Kitchen - Raine Square

Emilie was an amazing staff member. We were escorted to our seat, and water brought to the table, after asking if that would be sparkling or still. We started with in house made cheese and herbed bread, which was so light, delicious and not filling to spoil your main meal. The Seafood Fergola was mouth wateringly delicious. The restaurant was abuzz with customers but at no stage did we wait for anything. All stages of our meal were cleverly managed. A wonderful experience.

Initial waiter was rude and dismissive when we asked if we could sit at another table as we were in a draft. I also noticed another one of the waiters rolling his eyes behind a customers back - not very professional at all. The waiter that helped us get another table was lovely though. My chicken was really dry and tasteless and the prosciutto in my husbands dish was very scant. Quite disappointing to be honest as we have been before and had excellent meals and service - very different feel this time. Don’t think we will be returning.

What a wonderful experience we had! My partner and I travelled from Brisbane to Perth for the WWE events and this was the first place that we dined at - what a treat! The food was brilliant. We each had a pizza and they were both delicious - the Pineapple (with Ham of course) and the Carne. They were yummy. The staff were very friendly and they made us feel very welcome. They were very supportive of families with young children and made sure they were happy. The decor and environment was nice and it was quiet enough to have a nice conversation. My partner and I were the first booking, so not sure what it's like later on. The food was very quick to come out, but again we were the first diners in the restaurant. I noticed that other tables coming in later were quick receive great service and quick cooking. Thank you very much for your hospitality - we'll be back.

Being in the city around lunchtime, we decided to call in for a quick bite of lunch. We booked and were seated straight away. The menu is plentiful but a bit pricey so we shared two small bowls which were tasty with 2 drinks. Not sure when we will return.

The food and service were great, unfortunately we had a long wait of 40 mins for our food and drinks order. When we checked with the waitress why other large tables who ordered after us (just the 2 of us) have already received their food, we were informed our order did not process on the computer so there was no printout for the kitchen. To compensate for the inconvenience, the Maître D' offered us a discount which we were very appreciative and it made up for what could have been a very disappointing experience. Thank you.
