用餐地方舒服， 地方清淨服務員有例殷勤.... 食物份量充足.... 一般來說普遍食物都不錯.... 尤其推介蠔仔腸粉... 反沙芋頭... 鹹水角 牛雜....... 燒賣味道差少少..... 而炒嘢方面.... 我們叫了乾炒牛河... 味道一般.... 可以下次再嘗試其他炒的東西.... 總括來說會再次來用餐.

Third time at this restaurant. Tried the Chiu Chow marinated duck this time and it was good, better than the Cantonese roast duck we had here before. The bitter melon and pork belly soup was nice, the soup tasty and peppery, though the pork should probably be cut into bite sized pieces rather than a long slice. Sweet and sour pork was very well made. Also tried the duck intestine with preserved vegetables but there was an unusual flavour from the vegetables, almost like dish washing liquid tainted them. Overall an ok meal.

What a gem of a restaurant hidden in Mitcham! Regional Chinese (Chiu Chow) with a few Cantonese selections. The food was excellent and the service friendly and professional. All the dishes we ordered were beautifully cooked and servings are generous. As we went with some Western friends we couldn’t sample many of the more “exotic” Chiu Chow dishes, but we will certainly return to try these. Cantonese fillet beef was tender and tasty; salt and pepper fried eggplant gorgeous; prawns with salted egg yolk batter simply moorish; the pork ribs in vinegar to die for; Cantonese roast duck on par (though I think the Chiu Chow marinated duck would have been even better); spicy stir fried pippies were fresh but could do with more chilis. Finished off with complimentary red bean soup and classic banana fritters and ice cream.
