Was a great first visit and introduction to hot pot. Once we got the iPad ordering down packed then the food started coming very quickly and we were able to cook our soups just like we wanted it. They had sooo many options and condiments we could choose from. My family loved it and we had a great time!

Service was fast and friendly, and the food was amazing :) very delicious and very affordable! We will certainly be visiting again!

Three of us came for lunch today - customer service was amazing. Henry (Harry?) was friendly & polite, he explained how ordering, the food train, etc worked. Restaurant was clean. Food came out really quickly & everything was super fresh. Prices were fantastic will definitely eat here again.

It’s a great atmosphere (spacious location) and the experience was great with individual/personalised hot pot choices. There was a good spread of sides and various meat & topping options available.
