Visited first time to celebrate my birthday. from the time we came in, until we left, it was great. Service was good and the staff were very efficient and friendly. Good food and a great atmosphere.

Aa soon as we got in, we got told we need to leave in 1h30min- also not in a friendly manner. Which is fine, but the whole experience with our friends felt so rushed because we knew we were on a time restraint (this was our first time trying hotpots). Food was okay. Sadly we won't be returning.

We haven't had a bad visit yet. We keep coming back.

the food was nice, felt a bit rushed and was hard to get a hold of any servers. Not a lot of actual tables to sit at so ended up having to sit on the conveyer belt.

First time there staff didn't explain anything. Felt uncomfortable not knowing what to do. Was ignored, thankfully my daughter fumbled her way through ordering. Food was nice not sure if I'll go back. Would probably recommend to others just for the experience but tell waiter if you have not been as they just leave once they show you to the seat. If you have fussy eaters I do not recommend

Dinner with the group of friends. Really liked the individual hot pots was able to share all the meats and side dishes easily. Staff really attentive and explained how it all worked. Really enjoyed the food, good atmosphere. Highly recommend.
