The Koh-i-Noor diamond is one of the crown jewels of the British Royal Family, taking pride of place on the top of ol’ Lizzie’s crown. If you’ll allow us the flight of rhetorical fancy, we’re calling Kohinoor on Fifth Avenue in Palm Beach the crown jewel of curry houses on the Gold Coast, and with good reason. The good folk of Kohinoor have come together to create one of the best Indian restaurants in Palm Beach, with a menu that is sure to entice in punters from all over to enjoy the authentic tastes on offer. Go for the Kohinoor starter platter – seekh kebabs, tandoori prawns, lamb cutlets and chicken tikka – before picking one of their classic curries. Spice hounds will go for the chicken vindaloo, while the more mild mannered can grab a korma. Veggies are well catered for – we’re big fans of the paneer makhani, with Indian cottage cheese, tomatoes, cream and fenugreek.
