Staff were very welcoming. Food was outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Food was good but service was extremely slow. We waited an hour for chips and then another 30 minutes for our pizza. Not acceptable.

Average service, warm drinks, offered dessert 3 minutes after the kitchen closed - not as good as our last visit. Food was nice.

We started with arancini to share. They were very tasty and served with a pesto sauce. We then had a Capricciosa and Gamberi pizza. Both were excellent with light puffy crusts. Very authentic wood fired pizzas. In my opinion, the best on the coast since Nero's at Woy Woy closed.

The foccacia and pizza was really tasty and one of the best on the coast. The wood fire definitely makes it better. The prawn entree was tasty as was the meatball main. Service was friendly and efficient.

Friendly, neighbourhood restaurant with delicious food. The table was quite sticky, unfortunately, but otherwise a good experience.

We wanted a half and half pizza as my partner is vegetarian and I'm not but that option wasn't available. I'm happy to pay extra so I really don't understand why that option wasn't available. And we took the server's recommendation for the vegetarian (mushrooms, can't remember the name) and it was ok but it was a mistake

Always a fantastic experience at La Fiamma. The staff are genuinely friendly and make you feel welcome every time and the food is consistently outstanding. It’s a favourite for our whole family.

It was a Saturday night in the school holidays and was very busy. Service suffered quite badly also due to the high amount of takeaways. The calamari was very soft but not in a good way. The pizza was not as hot as it should have been and must have been sitting for a while before being served. It was all just OK. No reason to complain but I think that next time we feel like a pizza we will try one of the other places in Ettalong

Pasta (specialty) was way overcooked and clumped together - not enjoyable if you wanted your pasta al dente. Service a bit haphazard.

Wasn’t happy with food I had a cocktail to start which just tasted of sugar syrup not good service was ok but would not recommend or return

Service overall left a lot to be desired. I had heard good reviews of this restaurant, unfortunately, they weren’t representative of my experience on Saturday night. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for entrees and a 2 hours for our mains which was 2 pizzas and 2 pastas. It is clear they prioritise their takeaway orders. They forgot 1 pizza and when it eventually made its way out I could hardly find it under a tower of spinach. The pizza lacked flavour and the best part of it was the crust. The meatballs were cold inside and lacked any flavour. I felt I was on the set of a Hells Kitchen Nightmare show. Beers were cold though so it wasn’t a total disaster.

Just called in after the movies three adults four children very happy with the menu and the service we all enjoyed our meals. The kids really enjoyed watching the chefs prepare and cook the pizzas and pasta.

Staff was really friendly and the food was really nice. Have eaten there afew times through the years and always pleased.

The staff and service were fantastic. The pizzas and salad were absolutely delicious. It was just a little chilly and could have done with some ambient music in the background, but these were small things and we'll definitely be back.

The restaurant was freezing - all diners were in coats making it a very uncomfortable dining experience - perhaps the heaters could be considered more than a decoration and actually be used to create a welcoming and warm place to visit. The food was delicious - fresh and well presented, service was nice.

Everything was delicious. We always come back to La Fiamma when we are in town.

Everyone throughly enjoyed their choices. The Pizzas are a great size and the dough is delicious. We also had the Fusilli King Prawn and Calamari Pasta which was cooked to perfection.
