La Veneta, as the name would suggest, specialises in the cuisine of Venice, the home region of the father of owner Annette. She chose the female form of the name – La Veneta, as opposed to Veneto – in tribute to the women of the region, and the menu brings the best that the north-eastern city has to offer, as well as a few Italian classics that we all know and love.
