Landmark Restaurant - Chermside

Really nice food. Great customer service & a very nice atmosphere in the restaurant. We will definitly be dining at Landmark again.

The service at Landmark is exceptional. Just the right level of friendliness and professionalism from all staff. The mains we selected from the Banquet menu were delicious and I love that a plate of Asian greens is part of this menu. We will be back soon!

Service was poor, took 40 mins to get full 3 meals from rice to last meal. It was busy but at least try to bring all meals out at the same time

The service was prompt, efficient and extremely friendly. We had a banquet for 6 people and the food was quick to arrive, hot and delicious.

I would not recommend this restaurant! We found a FLY in our spring rolls! I had a few disappointments with this place. I went here for dinner after reading the reviews. On the website it didn’t say anything about yum cha only being for lunch this is the reason why I went here because the yum cha is supposed to be good. The food does not come all at once we got our mains meals and then 30mins later they decided to bring out the fried rice I told them I didn’t want it because that is supposed to be eaten with the meal. The staff were rude and unhelpful. However my biggest disappointment was that we found a FLY in our spring rolls when this was pointed out to the manger he didn’t apologise blamed it on the factory that made them and all he did was not make us pay for that one item when I told him I was not happy, he didn’t care. I would not go back and I would not recommend this place to anyone

Good was nice but they forgot two of our dishes and had to be reminded 😞

Food was good, but not outstanding, service was very very average, it was not a terrible experience but not worth going back

Loved the atmosphere and service. Deep fried icecream was a disappointing end to the night though, an oily ice ball.

Highly recommend don’t book through this as I was told abruptly & rude that this takes 2 hours to go through the system, phone and book ! Too busy to come back to ask if we wanted another drink !!! Food was superb !! Need more staff to overcome their services!!!

Sadly our food order was incorrect, none of the wine we ordered was in stock, some of our guests dinners came out after everyone else had finished eating. Such a shame as the food was delicious but our overall experience was very disappointing.

We really enjoyed our yum cha banquet and would happily return. There were even dishes that both of our kids enjoyed, and they are rather picky eaters! The service was excellent and I didn't feel we were treated worse for using a Groupon. :)

Had yum cha but not many varieties of items were brought out on the cart, had to order for items from the waiter and was not given a menu to start with
