Been to Le Feu many times before and totally loved it. This time we could hear the waiter telling chefs the food orders. That's never happened before. The food was not quite as good and missed some of it's trimmings that it usually had. Wonder if there are new owners?

Amazing food with great presentation and high quality. We ordered 8 course banquet and we were very impressed with the taste and experience we had. Every dish were made with high standard and we also love the dessert. Well done and definitely will go back again.

Food was delicious even though I am not really a fan of spicy food but the service was lacking a bit. I was the first in my party to arrive and I sat there on my own for 10 minutes, no one stopped to ask if I wanted a drink. By the time the rest of the party arrived we had to flag down a waiter to ask for drinks. It was a bit like that all night, asking to be served.

The gluten free options make this restaurant a great choice for non gluten eaters. There are enough vegetarian options too. A couple more would be great though. The food is really tasty and fresh.

Took 15 minutes before I got fed up and left because we were not served. I admit they were a little busy, but not so busy to be unattended to for that length of time in a small restaurant

Service was slow and poor, took more than 10 mins for someone to take our drink order , then they advised they don’t sell the Bass Phillip Chardonnay by the glass despite it being in the menu for $11 per glass. Once drinks were ordered, took at least another 10mins for them to bring out the glass of wine and a beer. Ordered the beef brisket bao bun, beef was overcooked, tough, had to use the spoon & fork to cut it up. Fish cakes were chewy. Main we ordered the pork belly, this was very nice, couldn’t fault. Need to fix your drinks menu, sharpen up the service.

If you order a dish with meat you would expect a reasonable amount, not. 6 thin strip's

We love how pleasant and accomodating the staff are especially when it comes to dietary requirements such as gluten free. It’s so lovely as a coeliac to be able to eat out confident that you won’t feel sick or unwell after. Many thanks.

A local favourite. On a 46 degree day staff were still providing exemplary service, food was quick and delicious. Air conditioning was cool but not cold so wasn't a big shock coming in from the heat. Paw paw salad and pork belly were good choices for a hot day. Recommended if you are in the Aspendale area.

We had a later sitting and found there were several items we wanted including soft drink were sold out - very disappointing. However the food we finally ordered was delicious.

For a dinner sitting at 6.00pm on a Saturday night. There were selections that weren't available which I find very strange, the busiest night of the week and they weren't available. Very Noisy for conversation. We wanted a break in between main and dessert. We asked for a break once the waiter took our order but the dessert arrived within 5 minutes.
