Southeast Asian cuisine is a favourite among the foodies of Sydney, but while the city is full of Thai, Vietnamese and Malaysian restaurants, Filipino cuisine is slightly left out. It’s lucky then than Lina’s Kusina Cafe is serving up delicious Filipino dishes daily, so you can broaden your culinary horizons and experience the flavours of the Philippines. Try one of the all breakfasts like the longsilog with Filipino-style sausage served with garlic rice, sunny side up egg and atchara, go for a grill like the grille liempo (marinated pork belly) or a noodle dish like the pancit luglog (cornstarch noodles in palabok sauce topped with prawn, tofu, crushed pork crackling and egg). Located on Glebe Point Road, Lina’s Kusina Cafe attracts diners from all over the city to its Glebe location. Avoid disappointment by booking a table in advance!
Lina's is a great place for those moments when you just have to get that "comfort food" away from home. Superb food, cool ambience and super friendly staff. Their longsilog, beef mami and crispy pata are my top faves! ☺☺☺
