Lone Star Rib House - Cockburn

Would have been nice to have been able to order drinks at the bar instead of being told "sit down and somebody will take your order soon"

Didnt get what we ordered. Had to wait to receive correct order. Staff seemed uncertain of the menu

Staff are absolutely wonderful, polite snd obliging. Fantastic food too. Our go to for occasions.

Customer service was great, as always. They have changed their menu and it's just not as good value for money as it use to be. They no longer do lemon, lime and bitter in a pint size either.

we had to remind the staff to fill drinks order twice as they had miss items that were on the docket. food was not up to halls heads standards and the actual service was slow.

Our server was AMAZING!!!!! The food amazing and the value was even better. It was a little loud but the place was packed which in my opinion just shows how great it is that so many people where there to eat.

The waiter was slightly absent-minded and would not stand and talk with the customer. Found myself asking her questions as she was walking away.

Mother's Day was always going to be busy, we had a 1pm booking and our meal was served at 2pm

Our first time to the lone star in Cockburn, was clean and friendly staff. Chicken parmigiana was not fully cooked through just a bit disappointing. Over all ok

Ordered medium steak but came out well done and was very dry. Then we ordered jug of lemon lime bitters and coke for the second time but we had to keep following it up, we had to tell three different staff members about it before it finally came. We usually like going to Lonestar in other branches like the one in Riverton for lunch and usually dine as family group. But this time the experience was not so good.

Great service and great value on the food. Second visit didn't disappoint. Well done.

Took a while for our order to be taken, folks on another table came in well after us got served first. Our entree took a while to come out and didn’t have much time to eat before mains came out. Entree order incorrect, served 2 of one item & omitted another. Otherwise meal was ok.

Burgers not as good as usual and very noisy but overall standard for Lone Star remains good

Always great service, can sometimes get very busy. There is a playground right outside which helps while waiting for the food with kids

Wings were great. Burger size was small for the price. 1 member left the table to find unfinished meal taken away on return.

The salads on meals served were inconsistent.... Staff were very friendly....

Most of the food was good but my beef ribs were very tough like it had a skin on it that even with a steak knife I could not cut it. The rest of our meals were very good.

The staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly. If my review was solely on them would be a ten, but the food was not very good. Other members on the table were satisfied. I ordered a medium rare steak and it was pretty much well done, very dry and not enjoyabje to eat
