Enjoyed the visit, Hubby liked his Steak.. but weren't really enough Meal or side options, especially for me as a chicken or fish eater. It got really hot and we were seated at the front in the sun.. this was a bit much for us, so we basically ate and ran, didn't bother with Dessert. It was our 30th Wedding Anniversary, hence the visit, we love Country Music and Western Themes, which is why we chose Lonestar. First visit since moving to Australia a few months ago. Service was Excellent, lovely Staff :)

Decent food, friendly service. good special - had the $29 ribs and wings and the platter was super filling. Probably one person short of having attentive service.

Haven't been to a lonestar in years thought it might be fun. Average pricing, food ok, slow service. Not the great atmosphere they used to have.

The service was pretty good, considering it was a busy Friday evening and the food was very good. However, the table was a bit 'sticky'.

We received poor service all evening, including very unorganized servers with little or no experience. Food less than mediocre. Based on this experience, we won't be returning to this location in the future.

Continuously overlooked by waitress taking orders kept serving people who came after us this happened to others as well We made a booking luckily but other people were turned away as place was booked out but the center section that had at least 3 tables and up to 12-16 seats stayed empty all night by 8pm there was plenty of spare tables Food was eventually delivered by kitchen hand with 2 knives for 4 people and cerviets in the holder were second hand with bbq sauce on them had to ask 3 times for cutlery and clean cerviets took 11 minutes to get some by then food was going cold I guess if kitchen is serving no one is washing up Food wasn’t great no love went into tonight’s cooking Have been here many times before with no issue spent $179 2 adults 2 kids was supposed to be special night won’t make that mistake again

Haven't been to Lonestar for over 20 years...tried the one at Rockingham (walked out after waiting forever for service and very few customers. Though we would try Lonestar in Cockburn for my daughter's birthday..... Excellent!!!! Fast and friendly service. Lovely food - will be back!

Service, meals & atmosphere were great. Ordered burger & chips. Chips were a little dry, could have done with some aoli, tartare or mayo on the side of the plate.

Food is ok and staff are friendly. How ever, they seemed to be very under staffed. It took longer than expected to be sitted and placing orders.

The food was great but the service from some of the staff was a bit average. Three times I asked for cutlery and when it finally arrived it was all dirty.

Great pork ribs. Not enough chips on the plate. Service excellent. Desserts for $5. Nice atmosphere. Cushions on seats would be nice. Will return to Lone Star.

20 minutes without someone to our table to even offer us some table water. Barely cooked garlic bread, soggy kids pizza. Overcooked steak with no seasoning, asked for medium rare got closer to well done. Asked for Prime rib got rump. Kids meals meant to come with a drink didnt get it. Only 4 tables being served with 2 servers and slow service. Food waiter bringing cutlery in his armpit... ewww.

All our steaks were over cooked and dry, the big rack was not the same size serving we have had on the last two occasions we dined at LS. Service was terrible.

Despite booking, was greeted on arrival but was kept waiting at till whilst the staff member finished an admin task for 5 minutes. Was then offered a small table in the middle despite there being a number of unclean empty booths. Eventually after an uncomfortable 10mins standing at the door we were shown to the table. Table waitress was really nice and food was good. Staff were over worked for the number of tables, drinks were hard to get as no one seemed to have peripheral vision - which is typically what happens when not enough staff are on.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the menu was entertaining and I loved the decor and free peanuts. Some of the food was a little dry, but overall it was a good meal.

The table we sat at was in a corner and very small for 3 people. The staff were not attentive. The ribs to share came on one plate with no side plates and were good. The steaks were a disappointment. They were tough, chewy fatty and one medium was burnt.

We all ordered medium rare steaks but they came out as well done. I sent mine back. I was impressed with the wait staff + how they managed the complaint (I didn’t make a big deal about it but felt it needed to be rectifie). Disappointed the chef doesn’t know difference between well done + medium rare at a steak house. Don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Friendly service as always and super yummy food. Atmosphere was good and glad it was not overly busy. They didn't mind we added an extra at short notice either like most restaurants.

There was no peanuts when we arrived, I asked the server if we could possibly have some, waited 20 minutes for them, we finished our drinks, waited for someone to ask if we wanted any more, had to try and get someone’s attention to get more drinks, the waitress who served us was amazing though, very attentive to my grandson

Service was terrible. Waiting 5 minutes to be seated, another 10 mins before being served - not even that busy. 2 out of 6 meals came out after 30 mins, had to wait and ask about the other 4 meals. Another 2 (kids) meals arrived 20 mins later and the final 2 meals arrived 15 mins after that. 1 hour after ordering the final two meals came out and they were disgusting - burnt and dry pork chops and brisket that was fat and gristle with scant amount of meat - inedible. Would not go back and certainly would not recommend this restaurant to ANYONE

The staff were cheerful and we enjoyed our meals and drinks. There was plenty of meat on the ribs we ordered which was good compared to some restaurants where ribs translates to a lot of bones and a bit of meat.

Fantastic food. My steak was cooked perfectly. Easy to book online. Great atmosphere with authentic American style ambience. Staff were attentive and pleasant. This should be a first choice if you’re looking for a good steak and ribs dinner.

Good food. Table was not clean when we were seated. Plus the drinks menu had what looked like a raisin squashed on the front cover. Waiter and service was wonderful.

Food was great. Service was terrible. Wasn't even busy and they took 30 mins to take our order. Mixed up orders. Didn't clear tables. Didn't check in. Didn't ask about dessert. I had to approach front counter and request kids ice creams. And there were 3 staff just standing there chatting. Disappointing.
