Lot One Kitchen

We always enjoy Lot One. The service, food and atmosphere are great. The value is excellent and we recommend it to our friends and will continue to do so.

Despite it being a very busy New Years Day our brunch was served in good time with smiles. The food looked and tasted great and the breakfast gin went down very well!

Food is consistently good and the menu has a varied selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. The ambience is pleasant in a relaxed setting. Service can be patchy when busy but generally courteous and efficient. The coffee is the biggest drawback, from average to undrinkable.

Great food , prompt service- lovely venue . We had a great time with family . We will go again , maybe for breakfast or lunch

An excellent range of vegetarian and vegan dishes on the menu, well-presented and wholesome. Very courteous staff with service particularly good by Perth standards, and not far behind Sydney as the benchmark. The best restaurant-cum-coffee shop of its kind in the Hillarys and Sorrento area, a real standout and highly recommended. The coffee is not quite up to Freo standards but still very good. As a local, I hope Lot One has a long and successful presence in Hillarys.

Great service supporting a varied menu for all, including vegan, vegetarian and omnivour. Specific kudos on the tasting plate which both my wife and I enjoyed immensely.

What can I say. Every dish I try is perfectly cooked, seasoned and served. I can happily continue eating all the ones listed. Great menu!

Great food and great service at this very popular location. It is always a pleasure to dine here. Daily / weekly specials and regular menu updates help to keep this place interesting.

Friendly service and great food. All 5 of party enjoyed their meal. Even though it was very busy staff were attentive and prompt with replying to requests. Will definitely return.

Great venue providing excellent food. A real gem. Will certainly be going again soon, but drink service could be a lot better. Had to ask several times for the same drink!!

DInner 6pm. Food lovely, service good. Sun in my eyes for around 1\2 hr (no blinds). Breakfast was very nice (very busy). Would definitely return

Friendly staff, great service, great choice of foods, nice location, quick service, romantic. You won’t be disappointed with this restaurant, will definitely be back soon.

3 out of the 4 meals were very nice. The 4th however was calamari which on the on the first dish was very tough. The waitress was very nice and took it back to the kitchen to have another serving brought out and the second dish was not that much different. Disappointing but nether the less an enjoyable evening. 10/10 to the waitress.

Busy morning which led to the need for us to ask for glasses after the table water was delivered. One breakfast came out before the other two that I was with. There was just a sense of chaos

I always enjoy breakfast here but dinner was disappointing. The snapper was dry and just on a heap of chopped cabbage with a drizzle of sauce. Very tasteless.

Hot evening noisy rap music,, no aircon so glass wall opened allowing flies in. Table double booked adding more pressure to evening as we had to leave by prescribed time. Left early to go elsewhere for coffee in a cooler quiet cafe.

Sickly sweet granola with greek yoghurt/coconut milk but got cows milk 😬 they replaced but then swapped the Greek for coconut yoghurt (yuk) not happy.

Had a fantastic time at Lot One, food was yum, yum, yum. The lemon curd icecream was probably one of the nicest desserts I have ever had. Wait staff were lovely and very attentive

Food was beautiful, 7 people, 7 different dishes, service a touch slow but well presented. A bit noisy but a definite revisit. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great service and tasty food! Great choice for adults and kids. No more plastic straws which is awesome! Table service very efficient, hardly any waiting time!

Had a delicious breakfast along with one of the fresh beetroot combo juices. The staff were very good and the setting is lovely. Would recommend this place for breakfast.

Terrible service. Had to wait 30 mins for our table and then waited for someone to take our order. The lady who waited our table was lovely but the manager on duty was really unhelpful. Such a shame, won’t be going back.

Food and service was good but didn’t appreciate being encouraged out the door at 10am because they had booked the table after our 8.30am booking. Two hours would be okay but double-booking with an hour and a half for Sunday breakfast could get awkward.

Loved Lot One Kitchen. Great atmosphere. Yummy food and iced lattes. Lovely, friendly staff. Slightly crowded but that’s because everyone wants to be there :)

Lot One has great food, coffee & lovely service! Would highly recommend for brunch. Make sure you book as this place is very popular. Please note - there’s not too much space for parking.

One meal was cold and an ordered drink sat on bar for over 15 minutes before served. Food tasted nice but Lot One would do so much better with a bit more discipline in serving.

Friendly, helpful staff, great food and reasonably priced. The location is easy accessible and atmosphere is great. Definitely recommend brunch at Lot One any time.

I love this restaurant! The food is excellent and the ambiance is upmarket yet relaxed. They have a couple of great, tasty, imaginative vegan options. I highly recommend the healing bowl and Pete’s Plate.

Good Food and friendly service at a reasonable price … we have been to the restaurant on a number of occasions. What's not to like ?

Look it was Ok but it wasn't memorable. The waitress didn't know the specials when asked what meat the loin was and there was only 2 specials to get your head around. I find it very annoying not to be able to bring a bottle of wine to a restaurant and I personally don't like being thanked by referring to me as "guys"...."everything good guys" "no worries guys". I wont be back.

Great venue, atmosphere and of course great food with very pleasant staff. We have visited 5 times and each visit has been fab. Well done

Service ok, food was a mixed bag. We had a few entrees which were of great size, price, and taste. We had a standerd main and a daily special which didnt follow on from the great entrees.
