Lot One Kitchen

I brought friends from the eastern states to the cafe for brunch on Sunday morning. We were waved over to our table, not offered drinks and waited fifteen minutes to order. My friends enjoyed their meals. I requested gluten-free and dairy-free. I received the gluten free, but it arrived with butter. I mentioned this to our server who said that she had definitely put it on the docket so it was the kitchen's fault. The GF bread was really tough and tasteless. There are numerous good quality gluten free breads available so I don't understand why it was so bad. Our drinks didn't arrive until we were half way through our meals. Had we been offered drinks when we sat down this could have been avoided. I appreciate Sunday mornings are really busy for any cafe but the service was very poor. There should be sufficient staff available to ensure good, efficient customer service. The kitchen staff need to take dietary requests seriously and read the docket carefully. I emailed the cafe to let them know, but did not hear anything back.

Good service . Component of dish I'd had before seemed overdone this time around . A little disappointed.but wont stop me coming back with friends next time .

Good food, good service , a rather noisy atmosphere I liked the menu and food and drink was nicely presented. I would return to restaurant again.

Great food and pleasant atmosphere- exceeded our expectations. Definitely going back for the eggs Benedict! Parking a bit of a problem, but it was worth it.

Enjoyed my experience at Lot One Kitchen. The staff are attentive and polite and the food is extremely good. The menu is great and has a lot of choices, some that are a little bit different. I highly recommend the 'Healing Bowl' with salmon and a poached egg on top. Their chips are excellent too! It appears to be very popular place so can get a little noisy inside but think that's only to be expected when you have great food and service combined!! There is the choice of outside seating which is a great option on a sunny day. I have only good things to say about this place so would highly recommend it to others.

Food very good but a long delay for drinks order and I did not get mine as they ran out of bitters and soda water

Service was excellent but asked for a medium rare steak and got a well done steak. Bit disappointed as I do like a good steak and it was the most expensive thing on the menu. everything else was lovely

Great food great service great atmosphere will return for sure best afternoon luncheon able to change dishes to our requirements and price was very acceptable value for money 💴

Went for dinner with my friends, great atmosphere, the food was delicious, the waitress was excellent and the price was superb. I’ll definitely be back, just thinking about the food as I write is making my mouth water.

Although busy, the table I requested was ready and waiting when we arrived, as alaways food was great as was the coffee, and the staff were excellent.

Great quality food, huge variety, bring your friendly dog and sit outside! Great wine list and cocktail list too. The staff are happy and enthusiastic.

It’s A little on the pricey side for breakfast but nice food & there’s a good atmosphere. Relatively friendly staff tho could be improved a bit

Great healthy food and all meals came out together for a large group. They also allowed us to pay separately which was very convenient for us all.

They’re now running with the new seasonal menu, and as always it was delicious food. Service is also top notch. We’ll continue to come here for weekend brunches :)

Our meal was sensational - my husband had the Char Sui Pork and I had the Steak/Prawn Special both were truly fabulous! We eat out a great deal and do not often rave about our meals ... but this was fabulous food!

A consistently high standard, with great food, friendly staff and prices that we think are reasonable. Add some of Perth's beautiful sunshine and light breezes while sitting outside and you have all the ingredients for happiness! Overall, a great experience that we will keep coming back to.

For brunch today at Lot One Kitchen, I had the roasted pumpkin with garlic and thyme and am incredulous to believe I will ever find something so delectable. Best food ever!

Fabulous restaurant. Really good brunch menu. Food was delicious. I had grains with half an avocado, greens, hot salmon and a divine citrus dressing. They have a lovely area outdoors too. Will definitely be back

Food was taste my friends had the gnocchi and loved it. I had snapper with the crispy noodle salad very fragrant and delicious. Would recommend the Monday evening special.

Service was average. Why do you think you can give people tables in front of doors and they will be happy. The blast of cold air every time that door opens. Food could have been wonderful but table position spoilt everything. The fact that you put paying customers their regardless. My money walks!
