Lulu’s Cafe Newcastle specialises in Hawaiian poke bowls. Lulu is short for Honolulu, and this charming little addition to Newcastle’s cafe precinct was set up by three good mates looking to bring something fresh and unique to the scene. Poke bowls, for the uninitiated, are big, healthy bowls of raw sashimi fish, vegetables and vibrant salad on a bed of rice.
