Madame K's Vegetarian - Williamstown

Took my vegetarian daughter here for her birthday and we all really enjoyed the food, despite the rest of us being carnivorous.

Such a great variety of options made SO well. Really great flavours and filling. A great option for veggies!!! Really recommend.

This is the 2nd time we have visited this restaurant, so yep, we definitely like the food. However, due to the lack of atmosphere and warmth, it is only a backup plan type of visit if we can't find anywhere else to go (it is very limiting when going plant based, so they are a good option). All it needs is a heater on and a small change in decor and it would be an awesome place.

Staff were very attentive and dealt with the orders and service very efficiently (and with beautiful smiles!). We loved the food, it was fresh, tasty and for a first time vegetarian experience most enjoyable. We would love to come back for more. Recommended.

Food was delicious. Highly recommend to our fellow vegetarians/vegans, but can assure you that meat eaters will love it too.

Our family group of 7 visited Madame Ks for dinner tonight. Mostly avowed carnivores, everyone in the group left satisfied. Serves were generous with plenty of flavour. The dumplings were a particular hit. The service was brilliant...speedy, efficient and obliging. At around $30 a head, Madame Ks provides great value.

Overall it was super average. Salads were old as in they had been cut the day before and left to sit out. Entrees average fried food you can find at any Asian place. We waited almost an hour for our entrees. Won't go back.

Food is good. The ambience in the restaurant would benefit from: 1. Having some covering on dated tabletops. 2. Subdued (dimmable lighting in the restaurant) would help, as it feels like you are at the airport /station 2. Music in the background (maybe authentic Vietnamese music) would help make the feeling in the place nicer.

A bit too much soy on stir fry tofu and vegetables, dish said tofu and Asian greens, not true basically broccoli, carrot and something else not green.

Beautifully cooked food with delicious flavours. Good service and the owner’s personality was delightful. We introduced our friend to vegan food and she was impressed.

Madamme K's Vegetarian is always wonderful and always has fresh food. They are always so kind! I took my girl friends from work and they loved it to.

Amazing food, great prices and lovely service. The food is unique and so flavoursome. Have been a couple of times and will definitely continue going.

This is a gem of a restaurant. Large menu, some with 'vegetarian meat' options (chicken, duck etc) and without. I had the delicious Gado Gado salad, my partner had the Nasi Goreng. We shared the Lady Finger Rolls for starters. All were uniformly good, fresh ingredients, could not fault anything. Service is attentive, prices very reasonable. Location on the waterfront in Williamstown means you can take an after-dinner stroll on the pier. Madame K's deserves to be better-known. If it was in the inner suburbs it would be packed each night.

Large booking accommodated beautifully inclusive of supplying a child seat. Everyone loved the food, drinks, atmosphere and service. Excellent choice of wines. Thank you again.

Great menu, great flavours, great service and a lovely location with views of the bay. Will go back again (and I am not a vegetarian). They also have another restaurant on Brunswick Street Fitzroy.

I am a huge meat eater but went there as my friend is a vegetarian...... One of the best meals out I have eaten. The food looked amazing had so much flavour. Highly recommend and will definitely go back again. 10/10
