i used to come here all the time and love the food here. but we waited almost 45mins for the food. we ordered the sisig which was way too salty, and the sinigang i love but a bit too sour. we couldnt finish these. the pare was good. i used to love Mama Lor so much and tell everyone about it but i dont think i will be coming back.

Dinning experience was excellent We ordered Kare kare it was Perfect for Sisig and Bangus Sisig its a bit salty for us Chicken Lomi not that bad, But overall we were satisfied .

Awesome place for home cooked Filipino food and desserts. We recommend nilagang baka, sisig and chicken bacolod.

Food took forever to get to us. We had to cancel one of the dishes as we were finishing up. A couple items we ordered were already out of stock. Service was lovely nonetheless

Very nice restaurant, service was good even on a busy evening. Food was very yummy until I ordered the pancit noodles, just didn't taste fresh in my opinion and being my last dish ordered left a sour taste in my mouth. Otherwise enjoyed the other meals and will try again

Let's hope this was a one-off but what a shame. We really wanted to love Mama Lor but the food couldn't make up for the noise and service. We're talking foodcourt at Christmas time can't hear yourself think noise levels. I saw one other couple ask to move but I don't think their new table faired any better. The restaurant was jammed packed with families and toddlers - every table had a different mobile phone on it playing some cartoon or show on loudspeaker, also competing with the restaurant's own music. Is poor dining behaviour Mama Lor's fault? Probably not, but it was Valentine's Day! Manage your bookings and run a family session early or think about different ways to seat and structure patrons. This aside, mains came out before entrees (we would have been fine with all together), and drinks didn't come out at all until we followed them up (it was bottled beer not a cocktail that needed mixing). Highlight of the night was the Kangkong chips.

My friends who came from Knoxfield love the food you served. Their first comment was ‘The dishes in the menu looks interesting’ They really enjoyed the dishes we ordered. They especially love the Crispy Pata (roasted pork knuckle) n Hipon as Gata (the banana prawn in coconut milk).

We love the BBQ skewers. It's one of the dishes we always order every time we eat at Mama Lor. The staff are friendly. It's great they can accommodate big groups. Love their bakery section.
