Decent food, staff were very accommodating. Could have added a little more sauce to most things but all in all a pleasant experience.

Great food - good varied menu and all the dishes we ordered were tasty. They didn’t serve thosais the day we went but may be a seasonal thing. Excellent service too.

Food was good, service was good, we had a great time. Wait times were negligible. Definitely will revisit. Parking was not an issue with ample lots available.

We ordered chicken briyani and nasi lemak with squid on stick. The food is good as usual, and I thoroughly enjoyed eating the food there.

Good aunthentic Malay food. Some things were sold out which was a shame. The price is good and not too expensive. Overall would come back

Good food! Reminds me of my home country's food! If you from Singapore or Malaysia, you should visit this restaurant to curb your briyani craving!

Beautiful food and desserts. Friendly staff and great environment (Mamak stall feel). However I think that they need to hire a few more waiter/read as the place is very pack but they can't seem to get to their customers fast enough! Saying that, I will still definitely come back again@

Some popular menu items were not available which was frustrating. Service was good but suggest that all dishes for a table be brought out at the same time. Also suggest menus be posted outside the restaurant and that take away menus be made available. Prices are far too high. For example, thosais are overpriced compared to Kauphy Place. There are a lot of dining choices in the area so Mamakbotak needs to be competitive. Although the name of the cafe is great, it will do nothing to attract non-Malaysian/Singaporean customers UNLESS prices are attractive enough for them to peer inside and come in, I would like this cafe to survive and not end up like GoGos cafe and Melting Point

Went there on their second day of opening. Drinks were very authentic and delicious. Had the iced Milo and Teh Tarik which are definitely one of the best I've had in Perth. Food took a lot longer than expected but was good overall. Wish the team the very best for their launch!
