The restaurant was loud, that was understandable as it was full and busy. We were there early, at 6.30 and ordered straight away. Although the waiter was pleasant, the service unfortunately was extremely slow. We noticed other patrons that ordered after us were receiving their meals before us. One of our dishes didnt come out at all, and I had to follow up on the dish with the kitched 4 times before it was actually received.

Nice lunch friendly waiters. But don’t like the guy who shouted table 9 when I walked in. Treat me more like a human and less like a number especially when I’ve booked for a special lunch for my friends.

quick easy service. food is exactly as advertised and tastes delicious. consistent preparation and taste. Unique recipes for simple meals (eg pizza crust is great) and service is polite.

The food was outstanding, ( chicken funghi and gnocchi with pesto). However the first glass of wine ( a cab sav from WA) was nearly undrinkable. It tasted like a blend of a wine which was kept on an open bottle for three days or more with a bit of wine which may have been ok. I had to put it aside and order another red which was good.

I recommended this restaurant to my friends and we were a little disappointed as the service was lacking. After we had finished our meals, it took the staff quite some time to clear the plates and only after we asked them to. We were not offered a dessert menu or coffee/tea. The only saving grace is the food. It is always good.

Food portions were decent, their ice cream paired with the tiramisu was lovely.

The waiter left out an order for a pizza and we had to ask them again after we saw other tables receiving their pizzas after us. When serving the risotto, they didn't give us any cutlery to share the food. Overall, the portions seems to become a little smaller and prices have increased since March 2025. The baby octopus salad was lacking in the vingarette and the leaves didn't seem super fresh.
